[SBC2] Miscellaneous Skills from Speed Duel Battle City Finals

Yugi’s friends (and one of his enemies) offer their Skills from the sidelines of Battle City.

SBC2-ENS18 – Battle City Bestie
Tea/Skill
Apply the following Skills:
● You take no Battle damage during your turn.
● Once per turn, during your End Phase, if your opponent activated a card or effect this turn, draw 1 card.

SBC2-ENS19 – Even the Odds
Tristan/Skill
During your Main Phase, you can add 1 card from your Deck to your hand, then place 1 card from your hand on the bottom of your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.

SBC2-ENS17 – See Me Rolling
Duke/Skill
Once per Duel, you can add 1 card with an effect that requires a die roll from your Deck to your hand, then place 1 card from your hand on the bottom of the Deck. Apply the following Skill:
● Once per turn, when you roll a dice for a card or effect, you may re-roll the result once.

SBC2-ENS20 – Noah’s Arc
Noah/Skill
Once per Duel, you can add 1 “Shinato, King of a Higher Plane” or 1 “Shinato’s Ark” from your Deck to your hand, then place 1 card from your hand on the bottom of the Deck. Apply the following Skills:
● Once per turn, if you control a Level 5 or higher Spirit monster or “Shinato, King of a Higher Plane”, you can add 1 Spirit monster from your GY to your hand.
● During your turn, you can Normal Summon 1 Spirit monster with the same original name as a monster that was Normal Summoned during your previous turn, in addition to your Normal Summon this turn.
