The next Selection Pack, Strike of Justice, has been announced for Master Duel. It will be releasing on February 5th (time zones applying). The following cards have been confirmed:

Furthermore, on the same day, K9-66a Jokul (confirmed to be a UR) will be introduced as a Semi-Limited card upon release.

Given the Synchron structure deck wasn’t great as standlalone support, I was hoping that Konami would have held back releasing it in MD so as to justify releasing it at a later time with more recent support from 26PP, BUPR, BLZD, and maybe even LOCH.
So if Borrelshroud is allowed, I’m really believing we’re getting new unreleased Dark Magician support cards in their new structure deck. Because Synchron and Borrelshroud is proving that. LOCH support most likely will be in the Anniversary set.
There is no dark magician structure deck that has been announced and we won’t know what the next structure deck is going to support until around May (assuming they haven’t changed the release slot). Given DM was supported last year (TTP1) and this year (LOCH), it may be best to lower your expectations that the next structure deck will revolve around DM but it’s likely to be an anime theme as it’s been for the last 3 years.
In regards Master Duel, since they’ve already started to release cards from TTP1, we can only anticipate the DM support from said pack to be annoounced/ released in the near future but most likley not LOCH since it’s too soon and there are still a high number of LOCH reveals to be made.
Also no LOCH support confirmed for Synchron nor Borrelshroud master duel packs and lower your expectations from this as per the aforementioned comment about LOCH. The only cards we know thus far that will be released in master duel are the cards from “Power of Fellows” and “Burst Protocol” respectively.
There was a message in master duel stating we would get a new DM srtucture deck in February so they were taking down the old one.
