Hope this becomes a regular thing so that legacy support for certain anime decks that need more than the typical five cards given in the core packs in order to make them playable in today’s landscape.

Hoping Dark Rabbit finally becomes a Toon. Also really want the Witchcrafter stuff to be good. Its close to being playable. Very bricky though. Needs Magistus to not be (which is kind of lame). I also hope the new manga promo’s are NOT included in the 7 “new” Witchcrafter cards. Maid Verre is good, but new Genni looks like it was designed exclusively for Endymion Witchcrafter… kind of bad otherwise.
Yeah Witchcrafter better be good, but I can only fit so many spellcaster engines in a 60 card deck. And we’ve still got Endymion and Prophecy support in the distant future.

I think playing magistus with witchcrafter is cool though considering they share lore with one another. Its lika albaz and despia working togehter. Or Omni heros working together. magistus and witchcrafter flow into one another very well. Witchcrafters just need that final push and these new cards will definatly make them competent and hopfully meta.
Maid Genni is incredible, what are you talking about? A 1-card starter/extender that often doesn’t require a normal summon is bad? And aside from having “Endymion” in the name she doesn’t have any synergy whatsoever with Endymion, this card was definitely designed for witchcrafter more than anything else
I just hope nobody plays toons. It was fun being the only toon player at my locals.same with gimmick puppet but once it got support it became meta and cards got banned and it just become boring

I hope the over frames are available in a normal, good-looking rarity. Over frame artwork are so ugly and unappealing.
I don’t see Toon getting 7 cards in 2026 and not becoming an extremely annoying (for the opponent) stall deck.
7 cards for Unchained seems crazy, but it’s an interesting deck.
Same with Witchcrafter, as they just got combined with every other main universe Spellcaster lore archetype.
These would be really cool if they Witchcrafter-locked you, but it will probably be Spellcaster Soup stuff.
I hope they do another set like this after and slap up Abyss Actors with 7 cards and some Over Frames.
from what I read with the overframes I can bet it will give 1 new card per theme an overframe(3), and 1 old card thats iconic to the strategy an overframe(3) to make the total of 6.
toon world/kingdom, table of contents for toons and 1 of their new cards as overframes for example
witchrafter probably madame verre or vice-madame, maybe genni or their confusion spell, and a new card
unchained is most likely abomination or sharvara
Since Toon finally got something, maybe there is also a chance for ARC-V archetypes since there is so many cool ones. Raidraptor, Abyss Actor, Fluffal, Lyrilusc, Windwitch and more… I really hope they would get some actual good support to make them relevant in modern 20 handtraps + 20 one card combos which extend into the moon.
