As much as I hate Rush Duels I will admit the people who do the artworks for the cards does an amazing job. If only the game and anime weren’t crap.

True, I just wish we get an Anime that revolves around Rush Duel that isn’t crap and goofballs. Truly Studio Bridge is not a Yu-Gi-Oh material.

I gotta ask (if you ever see this comment) how much Rush duel have you played recently?

No reprint of Fusion, Polymerization, nor the three Dragon specific Fusion spells announced in here yet. Nor a new Blue-Eyes Fusion, either.
Like the Light Effigy print though. May be compatible with Yudias’ higher leveled Galaxy vanillas.

Why do you think there would be a DARK Galaxy monster in a LIGHT Dragon Deck…? Its almost certainly going to be in the next booster pack

A DARK Galaxy monster that requires 2 specifically named materials, neither of which are Level 8 or higher Dragons, wouldn’t be in here. Dwarf even requires you to build a Galaxy deck around it.
Most of the new cards announced so far support the vanilla Blue-Eyes – by name (Treasure), by Type and Level (Vision), by vanilla and Legend status (Bright), and by Attribute and vanilla status (Effigy). The reprints are mostly Dragon related, and the ones that aren’t still have generalized utility.
Galaxy just has no room in here. This SD is meant to be playable out of the box so there is no room for anything that isn’t immediately useful to Blue-Eyes. DGO will eventually get a print. It’s a Yudias card so he gets preferential treatment. Hold out hope.

blue-eyes white dragon for seto kaiba and the original franchise
So for the upcoming structure deck of blue-eyes for Ocg it will be just Reprints and won’t even have a boss new monster, otherwise this structure deck for rush Duel have a new cards for Blue-eyes
I want to say a message for konami: “Congratulations, you have destroyed the Kazuki Takahashi Legacy”

Good lord you people are such babies when it comes to Rush. Imagine actually being bothered by this.

I can’t break it to you but, Takahashi technically has no involvement when it comes to the RD anime series by Studio Bridge and Rush Duel in general. Why are you so uptight about it.

No one seems to realize they just gave rush duel a functionality that DOESN’T EXIST in the OCG:

“if you Fusion Summon “Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon”, this face-up card can be used as 2 materials.”

This is the first instance of treating as double materials for an Extra Deck summoning (forget double tributes since those are boring). This is something that has been only exclusive to the anime (specifically, only for Xyz Summoning, which makes this even more unique as it’s the first instance of double material for a Fusion Summoning). Like, this is pretty huge moment. Shame it’s for rush duels though…

Especially that Blue-Eyes is a Legend card (1 card for each type, as per the January 1, 2023 rulings for Rush Duels). Having a card like Blue-Eyes Vision Dragon is always treated as 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragons as used as material for Fusion Summon for BEUD is a welcoming change indeed.

Considering that, currently, the OCG/TCG has many generic Fusion Monsters with generic Materials, a “treated as two Fusion Materials” Effect would not be as good or wow as one would hope.

In fact, it would be more relevant and useful Effects that allow you to treat Monsters as two XYZ Materials in order to bring in an XYZ Monster or have a better chance of activating Effects from those Monsters.

This is not as useful as you think it is.
This effect only applies for one specifically named Fusion (Ultimate Dragon), which is just a Maximum and CED beater with zero protection. Unless we have other Fusions treated as BEUD in the Extra Deck (very unlikely at this time) or slightly more likely BEUD gets an Equip or Field Spell to give it protection, this is a very situational effect.
This card was only made so you can use only 2 BEWD as Fusion Material (Vision and either Bright or BEWD), rather than all 3. Especially since Kaibaman summons one of the other two monsters already, OR Light Effigy gives you a 1 Tribute BEWD.
