(1) If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from the Extra Deck: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand, then, immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon using only it and the targeted monster. When you do, treat this card’s Level the same as that monster’s.
(2) If this card is detached to activate an Xyz Monster’s effect: You can change the ATK of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls to 0.
Note: Cell Phone Subtraction is the name of her effect in the 4kids/Konami Cross Media dub.

Could they just make it discard itself to Set a Gagaga Spell/Trap instead? That way the new Gagaga Magician could jst special summon it from the grave.

Ig its its just a Handtrap, after u set up a board. It goes eell woth bystials or turn 0 Strats (like dracotail or K9), becuz it basically just lets u xyz summon turn 0.
In the right deck, it aint too bad

Jokes aside – pretty generic and easy to use quick XYZ with attack reduction on top of it. Not too crazy, but there’s for sure something funny to be made with this.
Gagaga Girl no longer needs her mentor, and can now “Xyz Summon” with anyone. Kinda lewd if you think about it 🙂
The (2) effect also ignores all forms of protection except “unaffected by card effects”.

For something lime morphtronic i would have understood if it was linked to cellphones in some way, but what do gagaga cards have to do with that?
All other overframe retrains are related to the original or the anime with their speciffic aspect, but how does this relate to anything?

this card seems simple but is actually incredibly broken
The fact that you can make a random xyz during the opponents turn without prior warning really allows for some shenanigans, also its effect goes around any 1 turn summoning condition, which alows many decks to have more “endboard” options… endboard in quotes because you wont have the option until the opponent uses their extra deck
Its a decent card, those who think it is trash clearly dont see how to use it properly.

Kinda like showing that while gagaga magician uses the old traditional ways of magic (using chains, like escapists did)
Gagaga girl is Very much more modernised.
The basic thing is Magician and Girl are based on Japanese Delinquents with Girl being a Gyaru, a subculture well known for being early adopters of Cell Phones IIRC.

The effect is decent, but the card itself is so pretty. I don’t know what the snowflakes are for, but they sure work.
But what is the archetypal target that you Xyz summon with this card’s 1st effect?
