Reading Iwakura_Lain doesn’t seem to be your strong point, just because you don’t like Bohman or just think he’s bad doesn’t mean everyone has to see it that way and if you’ve been familiar with Yugioh for a while, which I rather doubt was It’s always been the case that anime cards haven’t come out with exactly the same effects. I myself would have been very interested in how they would have brought this topic out

Bohman stands out as the best villain this franchise has ever seen. I’d even go so far as to say he’s the only proper anti-villain Yu-Gi-Oh! has ever had. His character development is exceptionally unique, even when compared to most main protagonists throughout the series. And Hydrives represents his desires and shortcomings becoming to human. It is not hard to balance them for real game I believe.

As today’s reveal had double the amount of reprints compared to new cards, this will probably be a half new/half reprint set like last year. Best to temper expectations as some of these cards are very obscure and others are tied to archetypes over the past year. Don’t go in expecting Armatos Legios or Hydradrive for example, especially with its vast card pool.

I could see Armatos Legio being the Earthbound Servants of this year’s set. EBS got 9 cards in AC and 2 more cards in following core sets. So, which 9 cards do you see coming out together for AL?
@ScionStorm, it’d be hard to narrow down Armatos Legio to just 9 cards, to be honest.
Valkyries are still missing 11 cards. Armatos is not going to satisfy no matter how it gets released.

I want to know how many dragrid we will get if printed lol. Unless it’s one with a long text. You roll the dice the number is the element and dragrid changes attributes and effects based on them. Unless 6 dragrid in one extra deck 😂. I tried his cards its decent he need more main monsters. But Armatos Legio are perfect but we need more
i just want my performages and seeing as the rest of the support is stuck in anime limbo land, i would hope it shows up in one of these since they’re anime only. they doing my boi dirty. the only thing i’m have to look forward to is unlocking him in duel links. isn’t that sad? it not like he didn’t have alot of duels……

These 4 cards weren’t even on my radar. I guess the 3 Debugger monsters could come out with the nurse. Then again, we didn’t get the other Wheel monsters last year. These were both decks in 11th and 12th place from the Collection Pack 2020 poll
Or more Galaxy support like Galaxy Shockwave because of the Light pack.

They really slapped a hard once per turn on Ancient Gear Statue’s 2nd effect when the play it was known for in 5ds was Machine Dupe into triple Golem, huh?
This was one of the cases where they changed the card to better fit how the Deck is intended to be played now, rather than design the card accounting for how it was used in the show/book then.
I guess they could’ve added a clause where only if you summon from deck can you no longer activate for the rest of turn.

Kinda unusual set of anime cards but it’s okay?
I can see Singularity Fiend finding home in some decks. Getting rid of your opponents monsters is always good and there’s ever increasing amount of decks that want to discard their spells. It’s notably also 0 ATK/DEF fiend and these also got a bit of support lately.
I still want that card user’s (Dr. Allbert Zweinstein) other card. The card named “Draw Paradox”. That was a funny card.
It can be used in Yubel in place of Chaos Core now, as the other 0/0 Fiend you need to get two Fiends on Board for Yama, if you only draw Opening of the Spirit Gates.

Unfortunately I think Premium Packs are only going to be manga exclusive cards for now on.
No, it’s not. Konami wanted the players to experience the FTK with puppets in the next format. And see which one they most hated between Tier 0 snake-eye, OTK tenpai dragon, and FTK gimmick puppet.

I mean, Debuggers were literally second to last on that poll, with Syd’s Wheels being just less popular option. And above that there was quite a lot of other decks that still did not get released and honestly would be much more appreciated, like Blood Shepherd’s Drones, Wicked God support or even literal wtf like Chimera Doll Parts from GX that ended on fifth spot.
We got the Yakou stuff. We got 8 cards from his Wicked Gods deck after that poll.
Looking it up, the difference between WDC and DL Antidote Nurse is amusing. It’s the same effects, just swapped which effect requires detaching. I know exCEEDS requiring 3+ mats without a trivial cheat code were phased out years ago but its still a nice gesture that you get rewarded for having 3. Soul Fist’s second was changed but it seems to accomplish to exact same thing.

Indeed, I hated stupidest reprint cards in Animation Chronicles. I want Hydradrive,Armatos Legio and Stormrider in Premium Pack or Terminal World if they aren’t in this pack.
Heeeeell no. Premium Pack is the only major source of Manga cards we get. I don’t want a single anime card hogging space in that pack. And Terminal World is exclusively for the game original themes from the Terminal World story.
Not only in Premium Pack, Animation Chronicles had manga cards such Starving Venemy Dragon and Ice Barrier. The one of Crystal Beast’s card is also in Premium Pack 2023.
I just want Animation Chronicles style pack (Non-Anime related pack) such Exosister, Geargia and Fire Fist.
We seriously need new Cubics maybe a field spell and a vigam the Cubic Seed #2
And more fusion monsters.
Also cards that act like Lord of heavenly prison, Eldlich the golden lord and a “Infinite imperm” Cubic monster that negates and special summons.
And “Cubic Pot” it evolves Vigam into its Level forms and allows for dimension summoning.
A rit monster or two would be good as well.
