What a coincidence, repriting the spells that the promo mentions, totally accidental
Now they just need to reprint the other three Road Magic (the most useful/decent ones)
Sounds about right. Aside from being supported by Flare, Explosion and Tempest are being rereleased to commemorate the 5 year anniversary of their release dates as a SJMP promo and in the first Rush set, respectively. Tectonic Shift never got reprinted at all.
