For the first time since ORP1, an Anime will won’t make into the pack itself.

Technically there is.
Charmers are in Chronicles.
The Anime Deck can be the Secondary Deck, as happened with Legend (Legendary in English thanks to Duel Links) in the previous Over Rush Pack.
Although I’m more interested in knowing if we’ll have two Ritual Decks here since Charmers and Dead End scream Ritual Decks.
I think they meant an anime legacy Deck.
So, Konami has forgiven Altierra the Skysavior Transience so the Deck can get support again (although, well, Altierra’s Floodgate Effect isn’t very noticeable in Ritual Decks)
I didn’t expect Dead End to become its own Deck, but it’s welcome for the promotion (Sacred Splendor and Molten Martial Machine will have their chance in the future)
And well… another Deck receiving new support that got a reprint in the 5th Anniversary Pack (Skysavior)
Kinda dumb question, R these new charmer cards? Or just artwork I’m asking ’cause I can’t find the text and original card for the “Spiritualist” charmers and “Spiritualist refinement”
Regarding the Charmers cards, the first four are the original Charmers.
The rest of the cards are new and exclusive to Rush Duels.
If I had to guess, the new cards have something to do with the Spiritual Arts (the Trap Cards from Charmers in the OCG/TCG)
Mad Fiend of Despair seems to be a Ritual Deck.
I hope they print the remaining Skysavior Fusions.
Too early to judge Charmers but I imagine them as Contact Fusion.
Is Hiita canonically flat-chested?
