Last Call Chainverse is Kewl Tune’s distant Alien cousin (I’m surprised we already have a Black Galaxy Monster). Essentially, the Monster is a kind of Graceful Charity.
Post-Stellar Shower only has two targets with its Effect: the new Black Galaxy and Princess Cosmos herself.
And Dust Tornado received many Requirements in order to adapt its original OCG/TCG Effect.
You also have Drastia, since Ziggy and Alba can change its battle position afterward.
Given how HOPT heavy the Cosmos Princess are, the new spell for them has so far limited options.
