Apparently some sort of “Gospel of Truth” esque handbook for fans of the original animated series. (How faithful it is to the actual data is unknown, or if it’s anything meaningful.). The Gospel of Truth was a character and story databook released years ago after the Yami Marik vs Yami Yugi Duel and Battle City storyline ended in the official manga.
