Hark, from the heavens comes a saint! I claim these cards in the name of Star Seraph!
How do any of these help Star Seraphs? They’re rather archetype locked bro
Some aspects are, sure, but some other aspects curiously aren’t; for example, Castor doesn’t lock you into those archetypes, just into the chaos Attributes, so you could still go into Star Seraph stuff later/after-the-fact, including by way of Constellar!Delteros — you’d need to have an in-theme card left in your Deck for Delteros to search, but the Normal Summon it prompts could be a Star Seraph, kicking off that side of the deck at that point, especially since Castor is a one-card Delteros (thanks to how Cygni can count as two mats), and once Delteros is done kick-starting that it can be used as a mat for Omega 7 in M2 (which would leave us with a 2-mat Xyz that’s either a double Pleiades or a Spell negate).
It’s a bit of mental gymnastics, but it doesn’t exactly sound like it wouldn’t -work-, just that it’s a bit odd to think about after so long of thinking of tellarknight as not playing nice with others (see: Altair) and with the thought of ‘where am I going to find space for enough Constellarknight stuff in a Star Seraph deck to justify this’ pinging about in the head.
It’s functional (in theory), but not sane, in other words.
Just use better cards.

Star seraph is a terrible archetype, it only has like 5 cards and it was never relevant or especially original. Also none of this deos anything for star seraph.

Great cards. Easiest way to summon the rank 7 is with Constellar Tellarknight (the spell). You can easy combo into a board with new Delteros and the r7 and make its effect live with these cards. Thank you Konami for giving this deck more normal summons.
Four pretty useful/great cards for the Deck.
Although I’m more curious about the other two Decks.

[Personal Opinion Post, read if you like]:
With everything being released or revealed lately after a slow year I’m now curious to see if archetypes like “Ancient Gear”, “Predaplant”, or any other Arc-V or Vrains original archetypes or adjacent archetypes will get new original support coming next year, and since we haven’t gotten world yet on this year’s maze set I’m even more curious as to what we might get in it.
Now, this is just me, but I’m hoping that the “Ancient Gear Hunting Hound” Fusion’s and “Ancient Gear Inspection” get released this year.
well they shouldn’t do thsoe 2 archetypes specifically, they already have waaaaaaaay more cards than the average archetype.
That kid with the pointy purple hair from Arc-V will be happy about his deck getting new support.
Still hoping for Worm and Neo Flamvell for the remaining two themes. Very few pure Pyro themes in the game much less FIRE Pyro and Flamvell is responsible for Rekindling existing. Also, not releasing Worm Reptile support in year of the Snake after two Flip decks just released in consecutive months in OCG would be really sad. So far TCG has done all the work acknowledging Year of the Snake…
Worm is out of the question this time. The entire archetype is made up of light-attribute monsters. Constellar/Tellar was chosen as the Light representative, so you can forget about it this time.
Flamvell would be interesting, although the deck doesn’t have a clear direction of where it would go with the support, so I think it’s a bit difficult to come.
In all fairness, Jurrac’s new support took the archtype into a new direction. So Flamvell could do the same
he and the GemKnight girl got new supports few times, while their 3rd member the X-Saber user almost never…luckily this time X-Saber also confirmed
so yeah, hope something for Worm or Flamvell…or even Mist Valley
Neo Flamvell has an actual focused direction. Not a win condition but they have a focus on manipulating the GY, particularly keeping your opponent’s GY as empty as possible by banishing their cards. Neo Flamvell Origin, Neo Flamvell Shaman and the last card Flavell’s every got, Neo Flamvell Lady essentially encapsulate the direction Neo Flamvell is going. Cremate your opponent’s grave.
Also, unlike the rest of Flamvell, Neo Flamvell are all Pyro. It’s one of only 4 themes to be pure Pyro, and one of the others is just the 3 Helio monsters.

It’s not just about matching the OCG name. Ptolemaeus can only attach Stellarknights from the Extra deck. By virtue of being a ConStellarknight, it turns cards into unintended targets. They just can’t do it.
As someone fan of astronomy this is cool.

This is clearly Castor after the events of DT2. You can even see he’s a little dinged up and gray in some areas.
same… however, I’m not sure if this castor is before or after the corruption, considering that, according to the master rule, he and pollux were both revived after killing eachother.
I’m also glad that we finally see what happened to deneb after caduceus took her place in the union with altair and vega
It’s a shame Castor isn’t treated as a Tellarknight and only interacts with Constellars as it goes against the direction that the Constellar/Tellarknight archetype have been trying to take.

it’s because of lore: the constellar converged into sombre before the apparition of the tellarknights, that’s why he doesn’t interact with them, because he was on a different time

Question: Shouldn’t Tellarknight Cygnian have brackets around it’s first sentence to show that it is treated as a constellar monster even if it’s effects are negated on the field or it’s a in private knowledge location (e.g. hand, deck or banished faced down)?

Even with this support I can’t help but look at this archetype and think, “Wow, this deck feels clums.” Like, it’s not bad, but it feels pretty meh
I hope one the unannounced archetypes to recive support will be Ice Barrier. I’ll be disapointed if they don’t. While it did get support a while back, it didn’t really change it’s pacing much. You still get stopped by 1 hand trap, you need to summon a lot, giving your opponent draws, and opening yourself to Nib, after which you can’t do anything.
Are you mad? Ice Barrier got support in the first Terminal World pack.
Scion, you might call me mad, but the deck has 0 negating extra deck monsters, 0 quick effect maindeck monsters, and basically no protection other than Gymir and she only protects you from destruction and banish, and not return to the deck/hand which by now every deck runs.
(1 spell that protects from extra deck summoned monsters if there are 3 on field and 1 trap that makes opponent unable to respond to the icebarrier monster effects, which again, none of them have quick effects, aren’t really that good).
It has 0 alternative plays, so most duels go like this: summon Revealer/Hexa, get negated/returned to the hand, pass.
I’m sorry for trying to have 1 alternative play in formats that have decks that take your deck appart before your turn even ends. Guess im mad for even considering it.
Yes, if you can be sorry, then go be sorry for wanting a theme that’s had a structure deck, core set support and was featured in Terminal World pack just two years ago to take chances away from other decks that have been waiting a decade or more for any support at all.
You know the man has a point right? It does need new support, and everyone agrees on that. It just went from “unplayable” to “cool cards, but still not playable” and then “powerful cards, it just isn’t enough though”. And don’t pretend any of them didn’t get any indirect support, because we should all know by now that isn’t true for the most used typings in yugioh.
Huh, so for Tellarknight Sacred Deltatheros’ effect to special summon a Tellar monster from hand or banishment, if its attached to Ptolemy as material and sent to the Graveyard from this, the effect would be able to trigger since an XYZ material isn’t “On the field”, no?
My Gut feeling in the Last TW pack was the Fable free themselves after everyone’s fight with tierra, if that gut feeling is true then they really messed up unsealing their seal in the wrong time cuz of all those heroes that brave through DT2 and DT Next and now Constellar/Tellarknight are also using Vylon’s power or that maybe even the reason for this monster to show up, well…. Constellar is basically Vylon’s masters

I cannot believe it… Constellar Pleiades is wearing Vylon Omega as armor with 3 different Vylon equips as well. Riding Diamond… Peakness beyond this realm… Does this mean we may get a Vylon support in the future? I sure hope so. I have only been waiting for 13 years 😀
