[EFFECT] This card gains 1400 ATK, then, if you activated this by shuffling 2 Level 7 Effect Monsters, this card cannot be destroyed by battle, nor by your opponent’s Trap effects, and it becomes able to make up to 2 attacks during each Battle Phase. (These changes last for the rest of this turn.)

I knew this would be Volume 3’s promo, and I am glad Valuable is coming out sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately Valuable is rather difficult to summon even with slightly more generic materials. Galaxy has no exclusive Fusion Spell that lets them fuse off the field just yet, Dwarf can’t summon this, and there are currently only 8 applicable Level 7 LIGHT Galaxy monsters in the game, 1 of which is another Fusion (Fuse Eve). There are also only 9 Level 7 Galaxy Effect monsters to get the bonus effect, and again these include other Fusions (Fuse Eve + Doom Giant).
The ATK gain + bonuses seem good on paper but requires a lot of set-up and doesn’t protect against non-destruction removal (Compulsory), destruction on summon (Torrential Tribute), nor Trap effects that do not destroy such as Cylinder and Negate Attack.
Valuable is a win more card for the time being. At best you’ll summon this and beat over a big boss with less than 4300 ATK.
