Libromancer is explained to be a Ritual Theme that will reward you for using materials on the field to summon your Ritual Summons, and is based on the premise that “Geek Boy” finds his favorite fictional heroes have come to life.

During your Main Phase: You can Ritual Summon 1 “Libromancer” Ritual Monster from your hand, by Tributing monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed its Level. You can only activate 1 “Libromancer First Appearance” per turn.

Libromancer’s revealed artworks in the video point to Geek Boy summoning a superhero, a man with a book who can summon a gothic horror style character, and a girl who can summon a Fairy.
