I see a lot of Spell Counters in the future.
These are cards from “Essential Selection 02”, an Asian English pack designed to import and reprint various themes and generic cards used by various Decks.
Rarities do not match TCG rarities.
Many of these cards are being printed in Asia English territories for the first time.

ES02-AE090 Spell Power Mastery
Notably, any Spell Counter cards currently in Asian English territories are… from 2004 to 2009.
