Note: This card is a play on Ranze/Rayne’s “Ranze Eyes” ‘mode’ in the anime, where she starts seeing men as absurdly hot and ridiculously ‘yaoi’ look, and starts crushing on them in a delusional manner.
The 730,000 ATK/DEF drain is because she has 73 observation journals filled cover to cover about information about guys she finds ridiculously hot.
If people find Lunatic offensive, might I suggest Cloud Cuckoo Lander, as a less loaded term. The Japanese itself means ‘madness’/’insanity’, with the characters for “Rampaging/Out of Control” and “Mind”.
