When the Portal Opens…. The Judgment of the “Power Patrons” Begins!!!
Medius, while being treated in Litera’s hometown, but during the ritual, the Power Patron Spirit (1) intervened, causing the ritual to fail. Furthermore, the Great Erlking, who had been corrupted by same said Power Patron Spirit, absorbed Lucina and turned into Stlitzia.
In order to protect the fallen Medius from the forest-burning Stlitzia, Finmel made a temporary contract with the “Artmage Power Patron Beast”, becoming “Artmage Non Finito”, the Maiden of the Wisdom of the Divine Arts. Her overflowing power crushed Stlitzia after a fierce battle. In the meantime, Litera managed to rescue Lucina, and when she touched a part of the crumbling Erlking, managed to obtain new powers.
Meanwhile, the Power Patron Spirit took advantage of the confusion, and made contact with Medius. In doing so, it opened the Door to the Realms of the Power Patrons via his Mental World… …

While Finmel and the others clashed with Stlitzia, the Power Patron Spirit used Medius’ Mental World to open the door to three different worlds beyond (1).
Medius struggles to keep the three Power Patron gods within him, but to no avail, causing the most odious and diabolic unstable fusion of the Power Patrons, “Vidrium the Power Patron of Chaos Extermination” (Master Duel: Vidolium the Unstable Power Patron of Unity), to manifest, using Medius as a conduit.
The power of Vidrium makes the “Power Patron Shadows” appear, and this horde of shadows begins to drown the material realm in chaos…

(1) 異界 means “Different World” literally, but has connotations of any world that doesn’t belong to man. The realm of the dead. The world of the Yokai. The world of the Fae. Basically any “Otherworld”.

All because PP Elvennotes was trying to escape? I wonder if things would have still gone poorly if PP Elvennotes had gotten to Medius before both of the other two did.
Junora seems like it is pretty sinister in comparison to the others, so I do not see an earlier encounter going well. A God descending on the physical realm does not sound pleasant, especially not one that corrupted a spirit.
@Bfgman True enough! In the story as written they have to contend with a vile mashup of 3 gods. But the alternative of Junora getting to Medius first sounds like just a different kind of very bad for everyone. I wonder how they’ll get out of it/what new power or combination they’ll gain on their way to doing so.

I’m glad this clarifies a few things. For one, it makes plane who and what Elfnote Stlitzia is (the Erlking that was corrupted by Elfnote Power Patron combined with Elfnote Lucinia). Hope we get a card depicting the Erlking by itself soon; the lore describes Litera gaining a power up from the remains of a being we’ve never really gotten the chance to see.
We also know for certain now that the Elfnote Power Patron is indeed the one that’s causing problems for Medius.
The one thing this batch of lore doesn’t cover is what’s going on with Graflare and his DoomZ Graflario upgrade. It notes Finmel’s and Litera’s upgrades, what the are and how they got them, but not Graflare’s.
It’s probably because Graflare’s cards weren’t in V Jump.
Only the Power Patron Set and the Regina related cards.
Mental realm with main protagonist cannot controlling three divine powers spawning an unholy fusion. I see this lore going into the Visas route with Astraloud. Meaning a very strong chance for a new power patron (maybe the water attribute) to oppose Vidrium since I strongly doubt the three friends and their power ups can stand up to Vidrium and the shadow power patrons.
A light version of the power patron that sends 3 from the extra deck and shuffles the banished and is unaffected by spell/traps would be cool or that board wipes. When it goes back in the extra deck you can cheats out a power patron or medius from deck
A Light Power Patron is a most definite monster to come since it was stated that Vidrium is “unstable” which means its missing something and since Medius is just the body to make the powers move freely, its a fair bet that another power patron will come and afterwards comes a complete version power patron of light. I think the light power patron will be a link.
