Q: My opponent controls Cloudcastle that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. Is it possible to activate the effect of Theo the Dragma Iron Hammer targeting that Cloudcastle?
A: As in the situation in the question, you can activate the effect of Theo the Dragma Iron Hammer targeting 1 face-up monster on the field that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck with 0 ATK. Even in this case, the Theo the Dragma Iron Hammer will gain 600 ATK and the targeted monster will lose 600 ATK. (In this situation, the ATK of Cloudcastle remains 0 as the result.)

A: Even in this situation, you can activate the second effect of Maximus Dragma. However, since the effect of Macro Cosmos applies, the monsters sent from either Extra Deck to the Graveyard are banished instead.

A: Even in this situation, you can activate the the effect of Infernoble Knight – Astolfo by banishing itself from the Graveyard. If the effect of Vanity’s Emptiness is applied during your 2nd Standby Phase after activation, you cannot Special Summon Infernoble Knight – Astolfo that is banished and the part where you can Special Summon 1 of your FIRE Warrior monsters that is banished or in your Graveyard is not applied.

A: The monsters you choose to as a cost for the effect of Infernoble Knight – Maugis have to be monsters that can be returned to the Main Deck. Therefore, you cannot choose a Synchro Monster such as Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles or Fusion/Xyz/Link Monsters to return to the Deck as a cost to activate the first effect of Infernoble Knight – Maugis.

A: In the given situation, you sent 2 cards to the Graveyard as a cost to activate Forbidden Droplet, so you must choose exactly 2 Effect Monsters your opponent controls, but there is only Darklord Nasten in the opponent’s Monster Zone, so the effect of Forbidden Droplet is not applied.
ROTD-JP026 Machina Reserbreak

A: Blizzard can target Monster Cards that are treated as Equip Cards. In that case, the Spell effects of that Unauthorized Device Malefactor that activate on the field will be negated. Therefore, the monster effects of cards with the same name will not be negated, such as the effect that equips itself to a monster or the effect that activates in the Graveyard. The effect that Special Summons itself while being equipped to a monster however will be negated, since it is a Spell Effect.

A: You can banish an opponent’s monster with “0” or “?” ATK from their Graveyard with the effect of Gizmek Kuramitsuha, the Draconic Deluge Divinity. In this case, the its ATK will be treated as 0 and you will not gain LP. (The effect will be completed by banishing the monster.)
ROTD-JP033 Deadreef the Ephemeral Fish

Q: If my opponent’s Link Monster and my Dracoon Lamp battle, can I activate the effect of Dracoon Lamp that applies both battling monsters’ DEF for damage calculation?
A: Since a Link Monster does not have a DEF, if an opponent’s Link Monster battles with your Dracoon Lamp, you cannot activate its effect in question.
