You can only Special Summon “Combination Maneuver – Engage Zero(s)” once per turn. Cannot be used as Link Material.
(1) If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster on the field with 2500 or more ATK; negate its effects until the end of this turn.
(2) At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks and you have “Sky Striker Ace – Raye” and “Sky Striker Ace – Roze” in your GY: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls.

Now a Albaz manga I can get behind because that deck is actually good and fun to use. My boi Albaz deserves a figure more then generic schoolgirl with sword.

Hate for the Sky Striker archetype only strengthens their bonds!

I can already tell that card’s effect is mainly to absolutely counter SS – S.P.E.C.T.R.A. and from what little I run of Sky Striker… I want this card.
Agree that they should have put in more of the sword, maybe show the sword, with the two girls in silhouette holding it, then overlay the two closer up in a translucent image on top?

There was never this much hate for HEROes, Blackwings or Ice Barriers whenever they get new support.
Sky Striker has less than those decks and the hatred is off the charts
I mean at least those decks didn’t have a manga series. There are tons of other archtypes that have much better lore that deserve their own book. The only reason Sky Strikers even have one is because wiredos think Raye is hot.
Even people don’t hate too much to other waifu deck, like Labrynth or Dragonmaid or Traptrix. I think the reason why they hate Sky Striker is because they got so many spotlight that should be given to another archetype.
It’s more than “why konami support X archetype rather than MY archetype?!?!?!”.
It’s like Konami is MILKING Sky Striker.
If they’re like any other random archetype (like before) then the hate won’t be that much high.
This is one of reason why I started to dislike Sky Striker even though it’s one of my favorite archtype before. I just don’t like how Konami handled this archetype.

That huge sword only have 1500 attack, that thing can’t even defeat a Jerry Beans Man without a specifically named anime girl buried in the graveyard
The raigeki effect IS the big sword and you don’t get the big sword unless Raye and Roze are together. Flavor-wise it would make more sense if Raye and Roze were the required material but that would be too harsh.
its not even that the archetype is widely disliked really, its mostly a small section of the playerbase getting really mad about it because they think the game should cater to them specifically lol. reasoning that its because the archetype gets “too much attention” also doesn’t work when various anime decks constantly get called back to and the Albaz storyline ran for two years.
You could also argue more that there are other archetypes that desperately need help, but instead they focus on a deck that was meta out the gate but now isn’t as good
Shueisha focused on Sky Striker for the first chance of this manga because it was likely deemed an incredibly safe bet.
If it pays out, expect other themes to get focus.
But considering the artist, expect them to be cute girl themes. That are/were meta.

Not being usable as Link material is honestly really bad for this deck. Or is it just me? I’d hate to put this in my EMZ and not being able to get rid of it to Link into Kagari/Shizuku or whatever, unless I get it off my board with something like Area Zero, Linkage, Forbidden Droplet etc.
