    A new Forbidden & Limited List has been announced for Master Duel. The changes will begin applying on July 29th (time zones applying):

    Newly Limited:
    Heavy Storm

    No Longer Limited:
    Snatch Steal

    Furthermore, a new Selection Pack, The Masters Saga, has been announced for the same date. The following cards will be included:
    Ace★Spades Speculation (UR)
    Dragon Master Magia (UR)

    Heavy Storm (UR)
    Snatch Steal (UR)
    Spell Card “Monster Reborn” (UR)

    Winged Kuriboh LV6 (SR)

        You do realize that if they do have a Goat Format event, it’ll be based on Japan’s card availability at the time, similar to how the Edison event was done, right?

        Not only would it be Japan’s card pool and F&L list, but it would also use the MODERN errata for cards. Just like the Edison event.

        And it’d still be best of one.

        You do know alot of Spell and Traps have alot of floating effects when destroyed right? That’s the reason HFD was unbanned lot before Storm was.

        All kinds of generic pendulum decks would play 4 Heavy Storms if they could. It’s literally the reason why HS was banned last time.

      There was a time when heavy storm added layers of depth and deception to gameplay, of course now is not that time.
