The results for the Collection Bundle Theme poll have been announced, and the Rikka theme has taken first place. Other results were not disclosed.
The announcement also notes that the bundle will be implemented at a future date.

I’m almost certain Konami is choosing these themselves. Rikka’s cool, but, last I checked, it didn’t have a large fan base.
the rikka monsters are cute. I’m pretty okay with this outcome.
Best thing that can come from this is getting a bunch of generic UR plants for cheap.
