Arc-V Star Pack isn't just Performapals and Superheavy Samurai. It also includes Raidraptors, and cards like:

Polymerization

X-Saber Souza

Gem-Knight Fusion

Constellar Algiedi

Mobius the Frost Monarch

So it looks like cards directly used by Yaiba, Hokuto/Dipper, Masumi and Sawatari will be reprinted.
