That it can be resummoned from banishment and its effect isn’t HOPT helps. Somebody will have fun letting his opponent rebuild his field only to flip over Red Zone.
Centurion RDA gets this out easily.

This might be the single most overkill card I’ve ever seen. Supernova already basically flipped the table over and shot the opponent dead. This is atomizing the body and the whole building with it. I kind of love it, if only for the sheer audacity.
I’m still waiting for that Rank 13 Galaxy-Eye Xyz monster. C62 was cool but I still think Kaito deserves something better.
There is no space in the extra deck.
Instead of making a Red Rising Dragon retrain to push the deck around Droll lock, they print a premium Red Supernova that will never see light because it’s an expensive win-more card
I mean they needed more consistency but I guess if you want to scream quadruple tuning from your lungs you can do so now.

Yeah. Not even Crinson Resonator does that onnits own. You’d need an RDA and 4 level 1s or Rising Red, 2 level 2s and two level 1s, or a level 3 and 3 level 1s. I dont know a line to make this simple at this moment. I’ll have to give it a think.
Probably easier in Yusei.dek, funnily enough. I’m sure there’s a Junk Speeder line.
When will Konami realize that there is not enough space in the extra deck? It’s been 20+ years since we have the 15 extra deck limit.

I doubt it. RDA is Level 8, and they’ll probably stick with stuff that can be summoned with it and no level modulation.

Man. Still no new level 9 and 11 dark dragon synchro.
Blue-Eyes could probably summon this out with little difficulty since their Tuners are all at low levels. And they’d appreciate a new tool to wipe the opponent’s board and GY.

If RDA is in the extra monster zone there’s still room for QUINTUPAL TUNNING in which case I guess it just banishes the opponent’s deck. My previous comment was premature. Scarred Nova Dragon has 3 support cards now to Shooting Star Dragon’s 1.
