Not bad overall.
It helps that it’s a Level 4 (although I can’t help thinking this Monster should have been in Nick Yagi’s Deck)
The ATK gain is mediocre but the battle position change with a single card in hand is excellent. Most Rush monsters have much lower DEF than their ATK, and the ones that have higher DEF usually have much higher DEF. This is also a body you can Tribute or use as Ritual material.
In theme this is boosted by Ritual Isyria’s 3000 ATK and piercing on your turn, and the mill and hand pitch works with the Main Deck monsters that want specific names in the GY you can recover later turning the card into a starter.
