Cool!
Clearly designed for Blue-Eyes and Dragonic Slayer builds. Their high Leveled Dragons are usually Special Summoned in Defense Position anyway, or Fusion Summoned, so the trade off is actually a plus for both Decks. Gives them an out against Magic Cylinder and switches Slayer/Vision to Attack Position.
Also yet another low leveled Dragon to use with Geist or Drake. Also combines with Scout, who can meet the requirement and will usually be Tributed off anyway.

Considering the TCG is most likely still alive only because of the same few whales buying out all the card packs, as well as Rush Duels being pushed more than the OCG Master duels, you should probably rethink who’s in denial.
Already a strong card just for the position switching. A lot of Dragon decks in general tend to special summon their aces in defense position, the backrow info and potential pop are a nice bonus. I’d be willing to run this in my Hi-Tech deck if not for the fact I’ve already had to cut a few cards to keep it at 40

I could see this being played in Duel Link with Dragonic builds. with the skill you basically get 2 pops if Slayer is out.
