Interesting that Call Drake and Power Lizard haven’t been revealed in here alongside these, despite the number gap between Wyvern and DMD. Either these will be revealed separately or Dark Meister will use two unrevealed monsters during her duel against Yudias this week.
No backrow either, not even the new Spells used by Zuwijo. Maybe those will also be revealed separately?
I bet those two missing Monsters are Dark Meister’s Monsters that will facilitate the use of Dark Matter Enigmata (since it is known that she will use Enigmata against Yudias)
But yes, some Dark Meister’s Monsters will receive the ax and will not be printed in this pack. In fact, it would make me laugh if the only thing for Dark Matter in this package is just the Dark Meister (even though all the Darkmen have many Monsters that need to be printed). I have a feeling we won’t get Voidvelgr Gehennamagia in the package either.
And about the Backrow, one of two: either they will reveal it later or Konami simply believes that DARK Galaxy Deck already has a good Backrow.
so it begins
with the addition of Contact Fusion for Rush Duelling, what do you think will be the next addition? My virtual money’s on either Ritual or a ritual-like.
I have a feeling Rush will eventually bring in the other summoning methods, even if its only to serve as a way to be tutorials for kids on how to use them once they’re old enough to understand the OCG/TCG
Hopefully some of the backrow gets printed. I just want Zwijo’s consistency spells and VDF. Universtella would be a bonus.
Dark Matter Dragon should be in STONKS since its Effect can destroy those Contact Fusion Monsters that will become common from now on.
What I like about the Dark Matter Emperor Dragon’s Effect is the versatility. While it is possible that you will use the Effect to eliminate the Opponent’s Backrow, you can also eliminate Monsters or Backrow that are on your Field: giving you free space to continue your combos if the situation requires it.
Yugioh Rush Duels not doing generic animey things challenge fail.
What are you even referring to
Get on a website about Japanese, anime-related card game… get mad about Japanese, anime-related things in said game.
The only failure I see here is you, friend. What are you doing here? Did you lost your way on the Internet? Also how can you even act like that with name referencing Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, literally most generic and overdesigned Anime dragon in this franchise?
Ignore him he’s always bitching about rush but you will never see him in the main game news
I actually commented in the new Deck Build Pack archetype news.
Thank to this, ryozai and sunset rebirth is even more essential for the meta again
Technically, any Deck with a Level 7 basically benefits from Ryozai/Ship of Seven Treasures (and Ship of Seven Treasures has been around longer and has been used in several Decks)
On the other hand, Sunset Rebirth always seemed to be supporting Dark Matter more than anything else.
I’m gonna guess they’ll reveal Dark Matter Mist in this pack as well, probably between Wyvern and Dragon since I’m positive it’ll be used by not!Yuamu. We’re close to the end of the first arc and it’s only been shown in name and art only via the name changing effects of other Dark matter monsters.
There is the possibility that Dark Matter Mist is a name and only a name.
The entire point of Dark Matter Mist is that it’s not a card.
Literally some DM monsters have ability to dissipate into space mist, that’s the flavor behind it.
There is the card, go and read the other Dark Matter articles. Dark Matter Mist is a card
I don’t know how I didn’t realize before this that contact fusion monsters are level 8 instead of 9.
I guess that’s the way to balance them by being easy to bring to the Field. Likewise, an incentive to continue using Fusion Spell Cards to obtain the protection that Level 9 or 10 have.
Still, that makes many Contact Fusion Monsters fall victim to many Monsters that have Effects that Destroy Level 8 or lower Monsters. Likewise, Invitation to a Delirious Dream becomes a Trap Card counter against those Fusion Monsters.
i’m confused. what do “return to deck” means here ? shuffling ? sending to top/bottom ? why do they make it like this instead like any other card eff that return cards to deck do !?
Basically, “return to the deck” is actually “shuffle into the Deck” in TCG. They are just the same thing. The reason why Konami TCG translates “return to the deck” into “shuffle into the Deck” is because they don’t wanna make any definitions about this in the rulebook. However, when the Field Spell of Tearlaments was released, Konami TCG made a fatal mistake by using the word “return” in OCG instead of the word “shuffle” in TCG, which made many people feel mad about this and some of them decided to ask Konami by themselves, and that was how we have the answer I just told you.
oh is that so!? thank you then
The art reminds me of Pokemon TCG cards. But, much better imo. Plus, YGO os far easier to learn, than Pokemon TCG anyway
