NeoArkadia葬角のカルノヴルス Soukaku no Carnovorus (Burial Bicorn Carnovorus)
Note: This is a play on 双角 (two horns, i.e. bicorn), but the two has been replaced with Burial.
Also it's named after the Carnotaurus, a theropod dinosaur from the late Cretaceous.
This new Synchro is cited to work very well with "Jurrac".
