[EFFECT] Draw 2 cards. After you activate this effect, you cannot activate the effects of monsters until the end of the turn, except the effects of Cyberse monsters.

[EFFECT] The attacking monster loses 1000000 ATK until the end of the turn. If you control a face-up monster with 0 DEF, then the monster being attacked gains 100 ATK until the end of the turn.
