Note: ジョー here most likely means “Top Grade/Top Class”, so it’s referring to like meat quality. Since it’s a Minotaur crossed with a Centaur, I went with the US’ beef quality, as the EU uses a Number-Letter System. And since it’s meant to be the top cut, Prime seems sensible?
