Ok, I didn’t expect it to be a generic Spell Card (although it would be for some Archetype)
Either way, to be a substitute for Pot of Arrogance in some Decks, especially the valuable part of destroying any of your Opponent’s cards.
Although I don’t know if it will be a Must in all Decks since some Decks already have Spell Cards that allow you to draw power without spending a lot of resources (Requirement)
If I’m reading this right (which is doubtful) you can choose to not destroy any cards and get the +2 draw anyway if your opponent has at least 2 cards on the field. If that’s the case then this is an easy 2 or 3 in most decks

So I did read this wrong. Still seems like a strong 1-2 for decks lacking draw power
I expected this to be a Trap. To my surprise not only is this the final Spell in the set, but there are more Traps than Spells in here, very unusual.
Super generic with a steep requirement of 4 cards in hand, including 2 monsters, an inherent -2 or -3 on its own, only becoming card neutral at best if you leave the opponent with 2 or more cards on field.
Fortunately monsters make up the majority of meta Decks, your opponent is going to use up their hand meaning they should have at least 3 cards on the field so you can get the draw 2, and you can convert bricks in hand to destruction so this cost isn’t as bad on paper.
Will probably see a lot of experimentation and can potentially reach staple status.
