(1) When your opponent activates a monster effect on the field: You can banish 1 Pyro monster from your GY; inflict 500 damage to your opponent, then, if you banished a “Volcanic” monster, you can negate that activated effect.
(2) During your opponent’s End Phase: You can target up to 2 of your “Volcanic” monsters that are banished and/or in your GY; place them on the bottom of the Deck in any order.

AFTER ALL THESE YEARS
These all look so cool too, I was afraid that Volcanics would be too outdated overall to really do anything interesting but they found super cool ways to make them work. This is amazing! Will it be good? I don’t really know, but, this looks crazy. I wonder how much damage it’ll actually be able to pull off? I love that the negate is a continuous trap!

I’m a little sad. Royal Firestorm Guards was always like an honorary Volcanic but now it seems counter to what the deck wants to do.
I LOVE the concept behind giving the opponent bombs to blow up so you can actually use removal effects turn 1 to get the upside of the new blaze accelerator trap lol
YEEEEEEEEAAAAHHH BABY THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR
I guess if your opening hand was volcanic rocket + volcanic trooper. A combo would look like this..
Rocket add blaze cannon, blaze cannon send blaze accelerator reload To gy. Special the trooper. Trooper add emperor. Discard emperor special the token. Blaze cannon Destroy the token and send the rimfire and token deals 500dmg. the rimfire activates to banish and place another blaze reload in s/t zone face up. Banish the blaze accelerator reload in the gy. Send scatter shot. 500dmg scattershot send 2 more. +1000dmg. Banish 3 scattershot special the emperor from the gy. Emperor deals 2000dmg for each banished pyro. Emperor adds the inferno. So your opponents Lp would be 4000lp Your end board would be. 3cards in hand.
Maybe 2+ mat link. A volcanic Emperor with chain energy eff for special summoning+ volcanic inferno to negate a monster effect and burn for 500dmg & returns the banished pyros to the deck + blaze accelerator reload to draw a card each turn. And blaze cannon for monster destruction for following turns.
You could extend your link climbing with the nemeses monsters, their ability to shuffle your banished pyros to the deck. Nemeses flag to add one of the other nemeses monsters + rocket and trooper To end on a 4mat apollusa.
Similary if opponent used ash. Use rocket + trooper make fire link charmer. Summon the ash and Make a link 3, Selene or bls using emperor as a mat.
Or deal more burn damage with the blazing Mars 2nd eff. Potentially 1500-2000dmg extra damage.
I’m sure there are other ways to make this deck work. But the deck has a decent turn 1 set up now
Well I just realised u wouldn’t have the volcanic blaze accelerator for follow up turns because the rimfire uses that as cost to play blaze accelerator reload face up from the deck.
But if you happen to draw into another rimfire using the trap it could be on your turn used to transform the trap back into the spell. I can’t think of a way to get the traps back into the deck. Maybe if volcanics could get a link 2 that returns the traps that would be good for this arch type
Thatsunusual, you can’t send “Blaze Accelerator Reload” from your deck to activate “Volcanic Blaze Accelerator”; it has to be the card specifically named “Blaze Accelerator”.
Personally, I still feel like the best thing the deck can do is nuke your opponent with Scattershot on their turn with Blaze Accelerator Reload. But Volcanic Emperor is a ridiculous boss monster but I expect to see lots of people making use of it in combo builds to FTK.
normal summon volcanic trooper, to search Volcanic blaze accelerator. Discard a card to give them a token
Use that spell to destroy the token and send volcanic rimfire who will send volcanic emperor to the GY. Who will banish volcanic blaze accelerator to summon itself and set volcanic inferno.
