Rising Scale seems to be very helpful on the crack back after an opponent has already broken through your board. It’s special summon is more versatile than Ogre Dance & Foxy Tune, and its recursion while minimal is still helpful as Amazing dragon & Branded Regain (If your playing P.U.N.K Bystial) were the only consistent ways to recur cards after use.
It’s quick effect dose give it some interactions when going first which help a lot, but I have trouble seeing where in the current punk combo you would place it going first. As right now the only time you would search it would be with Ze Amin but that would require you to already have Foxy Tune in hand as well. Right now It would be a 1 of as i cant see a reason you would want to play multiple.
Jam Fever is also a little confusing to me, as right now i can’t really see where you would put it in the combo line. as most of the time you will want to have Sharakusai and a level 8 usually Jam Dragon for the end board which would allow you to go into Amazing Dragon on your opponents turn. But if you choose to turn Jam Dragon into Jam Fever then Amazing Dragon line is locked out unless you hard drew Rising Scale. which would mean that you are trading a shuffle 3-4 for 1 quick effect negate.
I believe just hard making it with 2 mats is just better as both of rising carp and jam are just better used off as combo pieces instead
In a crazy line where you open the field or trap, you can forgo deer notes reborn to instead reborn the fusion, search a second Sharakusai from deck to then summon with the field, and turn the Fusion into Fever. That said it would imply your deck now runs a second Sharakusai when you normally don’t need to outside of safety reasons
can totally see at least 1 copy of Rising Scale being part of the PUNK engine people use
Fever can be used as:
Standard line into sharakusai+dragon drive + spider. Drive+spider -> amazing dragon. Revive foxy tune with amazing dragon. Overlay fever over amazing dragon
If you start with Foxy Tune, you would Special Ze Amin, use their effect to add Scale, Special Summon Scale and use their effect to add Sharakusai, Synchro Summon Amazing Dragon, use it’s effect to bring back any name then Overlay for Jam Fever. That way, you’re insulated from Nib and can do the standard combo without any disruption
Ze-Amin is now a 1.5 card combo into Giantrainer, to potentially draw 6 cards turn 1, which is probably worse than actually establishing a board, but is also very funny.
Add runick in there and bam draw 9 cards which you might just discard at the end of the turn
My bad. I forgot that Ogre Dance cannot search Level 8s. However, The cards that are actually a 1.5 card combo into Giantrainer are actually both Ogre Dance and Foxy Tune (Pitch Ogre to search Ze-Amin, Ze-Amin search new Level 8, Summon it by banishing Ogre and Special Deer Note from Deck, Synchro Ze-Amin and Deer Note into an 8, Deer Note Summon Foxy Tune from GY, now you have 3 Level 8s)
OMG the level 8 is even better than the leaks said! Though, the XYZ is worse cause it was an omni….Still good because eff Nibiru. Maybe Joruri will get a countertrap that negates S/T? Please Konami? She only has two targets while everyone else has at least 3.

Rising scale gives you a lot of lines to play around interaction when you draw 2 punks (most importantly it almost forces your opponent to use their first hand trap on ze amin)
Especially with any punk extra deck monster turning into a monster negate
finally a reason to play 2 amazing dragons
