[EFFECT] This card and face-up “Dice Key Ichika” on your field cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. This Attack Position card cannot be destroyed by battle.
Note: 一か八か (Ichikabachika) is Ichi ka Bachi ka, Japanese slang/jargon that the Etymology seems sketchy on (though it’s thought to be playing at 一か罰か (Win or Punishment) or 丁か半か (Odds or Evens), but is generally used to mean a 50-50 all-or-nothing gamble, or a do-or-die situation, or absurdly high stakes in general.

Note: I. Think. This might. Be. Gyaru + Game? Also, Brain pointing this out, her name might be a mix of Loli(ta) and the dice game Ceelo.

PU-PUKU-PUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Dice Key Ichika with that RNG Madness is going to be funny to play I love it lmao
Funny, not counting the Monsters that appeared in the Anime, the rest of these Dice’s cards have pretty generic Effects that could easily be used in any other Fairy Deck: they are not tied to a Stat restriction or having a Dice Effect.
Although, I’m not going to lie, the fact that Fusion Summon is tied to your Dice trick makes the situation a bit more fun since you depend on RNG (and it’s not like Chirori and her Fusion Monster are the most OP in Rush Duels)
Sixth Sense will surely have an experimental phase, but I have doubts if it would be a Legend Trap Card option to choose in the long term.
Konami went ahead and printed Sixth Sense, a card with effectively zero downsides, counting on it being a Legend to dilute its usage. As long as the staples continue to be used I don’t see this automatically being considered over those but it had potential.
Ichika and Bachika are awful. Don’t play them.
Mix is another Minna target and has a 5/6 chance of a positive effect, and a 1/3 chance of an additional positive effect on top. Mix also hints at additional Fusions down the line.
Lilith makes it easier to bring out the Level 7s and is surprisingly generic giving it a place in Sushi Fairy.
The Fusion is surprisingly powerful as LIGHT is one of the most common Attributes in the game and being able to summon any of them from either GY is valuable.
There is also one unrevealed Dicekey in here based on set order.
Either my eyes are playing tricks on me or the effect here is not complete at least for the Fusion?
it says of the Special Summoned monster but the text doesn’t have any way to Special Summon a monster at the moment? Probably just a small typo.
I think it is poorly worded, but we would have to wait to see how Yugipedia adapts the Effect to see if it is the same or says something else (but Yugipedia has been failing lately so the answer to see if it is a translation error will take some time to respond)
The Fusion Special Summons a LIGHT monster from either GY with a Level equal to or less than the result.
It was a typo that didn’t get corrected for the website text. Deeply sorry.
This cuteness may give me gambling addiction. I may (roll a) die from cuteness!
Cool! Another Legend trap!
I don’t play Rush, what’s the deal with Bachika? The effect seems like a plain downside, what’s the scenario in which you’d like to play her?
The goal is to keep her on the field long enough to draw into and summon Icihika and use her awful gamble effect.
It’s referencing a specific type of gamble – all or nothing. Committing to a single path forward no matter the odds. Epoch used this after she broke out of her shell and took responsibility for her own life.
Bachika is pretty much just for Ichika’s gimmick. Nothing you’d run seriously unless the two get a (Contact) Fusion
Oh thanks, didn’t realize Ichika required Bachika for her effect, makes sense now
