Maybe don’t use up your entire hand or use power Trap Cards so much?

I am going to assume like Essel this will be one of the cards in this set to receive alt art, in this case Essel will be portrayed as she is in that art.
“if this is the first turn of the player going second”
We need cards with this wording in the OCG
Funny enough the only other card I can think of with that effect is the Monster this is based on (Rising Light Angel Essel).
[REQUIREMENT]
During a turn you have not Special Summoned a monster.
[EFFECT]
Send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Then, if you activated this effect during the first turn of the player going second, you can Special Summon 1 monster from either player’s Graveyard face-up on your field.
I doubt these two will be the only ones. Konami is trying to make generics with relatively gimmicky conditions happen.
It’s uhhh… I don’t know actually. The Requirement is pretty easy to meet against most decks and the Book of Taiyou/Moon effect is strong, but the Draw 2 is gimmicky (and even turns itself off if you draw a 2nd copy) and if your opponent keeps 2 cards in hand and doesn’t have/use Shiny or Delirium then they’ve shut down this card entirely.
It’s use will probably depend on the meta/matchup but it’s definitely not a main deck card.
At worst, Flip a opponent monster to beat over it for no cost
At best, your combo get disrupted and you draw into that combo again and redo it (mostly 1 card combo)
I will main 1 for no reason for every deck i have, and if i know opponent has 3 or more Shiny Shady (kind of card), side 2 more because this card is f*king nut
Outside of specific uses in some Decks, I don’t see this Spell Card having a place in the Main Deck.
As with Essel, it’s very gimmick-like and fits better in the Side Deck.
