Funny… the first Legend Monster related to VRAINS (this card appeared in VRAINS’s Anime)
It even has the rare “Hard One Per Turn” that doesn’t usually appear often in Rush Duels.
Any Cyberse Deck that can take advantage of it? I can only think of Space and Cybersepice.

Genuinely surprised we got RAM Clouder in the game even with its simple effect. I didn’t think Konami cared about importing anything beyond the first two anime.
At this point I would be more shocked if we didn’t get ROM Cloudia at some point. Ancient Gear Beast is proof that a card can come into Rush with just one of its effects, so Cloudia could easily be imported with its first effect.
