AG Dragon? Yeah, which one.
Special Summon itself and gives another normal summon of an ancient gear this turn would be nice. Maybe summon a gadget facedown from hand/deck/gy as well.
Forgot to mention, ideally it’s 2100/500 or 500/2100.
cyber dragon while on field and gy. target machine becomes level 5
this gives ancient gears access to generic cyber dragon fusions, mini super poly, rank 5 extender, rank 6 omni negate
or it could search power bond/overload fusion on summon

I find it hilarious that RANK10YGO just (2 days ago) mentioned in a video that he was glad Konami seems to have forgotten about the “Ancient Gear Dragons”…
Sweet, potential new fusion’s and fusion based engine core here we come.
There’s no definitive evidence that ancient gear dragon means fusion’s or a fusion based core is being planed, for all we know it could be something as useless as ancient gear golem, it’s an out of date beat stick like the rest of them.
Can the next one be a Melodious promo then? A pendulum counterpart to Odd-Eyes pendulum Dragon.
From what I have found, it seems that ancient gear is only missing 3 confirmed fusion monsters, and even then it doesn’t seem good, I don’t play the deck myself but I did find a card that makes it so your opponent cannot chain link card effects such as negates such as ash blossom or d shifter. That being sed however if the theme was to ever get decent modern support as dark world had got then perhaps it might work as a rouge anti-meta option against flip, stall, or other anti-meta focused decks, but otherwise it is of not real interest.
So are you expecting ancient gear to get a second structure deck?
If so I totally agree, ancient gear should have a second deck released, but 1 that focuses more on the fusion strategy.
If you’re just talking about random support here and there, I still hope they stay fusion focused as a tributing strategy isn’t going to go far these days.
It’s very unlikely AG will be getting another structure deck anytime soon.
