Jowgen. We all know it’s gonna end on Jowgen.
We’re still missing two of Yusaku’s Link monsters.
Multi Sledgehammer and Zombie Prosaber.
Waifu deck added to collection
You cant equip field spell cards
read the card again lil bro
[Allure target] gains effect.
All of the allure queens say “During your main phase” does making them a quick effect let them be used on either turn or is it just a quick effect you can only use during your main phase?
if they are originally main phase exclusive and then they are changed to quick effects, then they can be activated anytime not just either player’s main phase
I don’t think so. Changing the spell speed of the effects shouldn’t erase their activation condition. There’s no real basis for this AFAIK since the only other card I know of that changes the spell speed of other cards is Orcustrated Babel, which affects the conditionless effects of Orcust monsters. You’ll have to wait until official rulings to know for sure.
They r not even once per turn I think, so if u use something like (cyberdarkness dragon or a card that gets rid off equip cards) all of a sudden u got an infinite monster removal tool.
Man, these “Allure Queen” cards sure received some improvements to be at least decent compared to the ones seen in VRAINS.
At least after POTE was released, we never get balanced decks anymore; we keep getting more hilarious decks with 1 card starter and at least 1 card that can search for it. Which is good in many cases (?) But also making the game die faster as a result.
They’re significantly worse than the anime, I’m not really sure what you mean. Crucially they added a discard cost to the field that wasn’t there before meaning you now have to discard 3 for what was previously free.
Allure Dance forced your opponent to attack and let you pick the attack targets which was completely cut with no replacement.
Golden Allure Queen is sort of buffed and sort of nerfed, it gets you another allure queen on summon which is nice but the ATK buff is lower than the anime and goes away by your next turn. It also doesn’t give battle protection anymore but it does give effect protection to all your allure queens so it’s sort of give and take. It does also let you use your allure queens as quick effects which is nice though since the only queen that can use its effect without being levelled up is 3 it doesn’t actually mean too much.
@Rue ??? Crucially, the anime effect of Palace is dogwater and needs you to summon an Allure Queen to trigger. The new effect means you don’t have to waste your Normal Summon on bad cards. The attack redirection is so irrelevant in modern Yu-Gi-Oh! it’s laughable to even mention it. Golden Allure Queen gives you a free body from the Deck now which is much better than gaining random ATK from bad Allure Queen cards. The trigger for the destruction effect is also leagues better now – once again, doesn’t require super specific targeting or need bad Allure Queen cards on the field, it’s actually generic that could see use in better decks.
Imagine being this anime brained
Imagine being this everything needs to be more generic brained
@ScionStorm Indeed, everything should be garbage tier pack filler that had no reason to be printed instead! Oh my gosh, my dogwater Allure Queen cards are slightly more generic, OH NOOOOOO!!!
I appreciate Allure Queen now being a casual Spellcaster Link climbing tool.
link and cards for a random bad card meanwhile all other LV rotting….
Watch lv be the old theme supported next pack
We still don’t have any WAYER LV monsters.
AC talk! The ocg adaptation of Ecole de Zone didn’t negate summons so it’s no surprise Singularity Fiend
doesn’t either.
Yes! Now to hope support for other Lv monsters comes out.
I still don’t like the artwork of these cards, especially when compared to the drip and THIGH of the ogs but I’m still thrilled we got them and it wasn’t just the one link as solely generic spellcaster support. I hope Level Up! gets a searcher someday and yes, I realize the CDIP LV monsters aren’t compatible.
Funny oversight about anime Golden Allure Queen’s continuous buff: there was no clause preventing two Goldens linked to each from looping into infinite atk.
Queen DOMINATING as this year’s sole Vrains rep. SOL Technologies did nothing wrong. Hmph, anime Dance had a flavorful Nightmare Pain-ish “must attack” effect that was lost (maybe it doesn’t work on female monsters).
Why did they not make it so that Allure queen lvl 5 and 7 didn’t need to be summoned by the previous version’s effect to use their equipping effects?? They had one chance and blew it.
Considering how full the text boxes already are on all three cards, I don’t know where they could have put such an effect.
Yea, it kinda sucks having to run 2 garnets.
At least you can cheat them out much easier now without relying on opponent’s monster.
The spells are pretty good. Allure Dance is a 1.5 to 2.5 card combo.
You can end on 1 pop + lvl 5 or lower equip +lvl 3 or lower equip with Dance and discard fodders.
But it seems to have only few starters and you need to run some garnets, so probably very sacky.
Kinda sad that the link 3 requires 3 monsters. 2+ would be much more flexible to play with.
That generic special summon spellcaster from deck is very interesting though. You can go into other engines and end on degenerate stuffs.
LETS GOOOO
The more I look at this, the more weird white woods synergies I discover, interested to see what can be done with this
That third effect is pretty funny.
