[Deck Recipes] Early December 2018 Deck Recipes

Reposting the 2 earlier ones, as well as four new Decks all designed to take advantage of new cards from last month provided by the Deck Instructor team.

“Magical Musket” Deck

[Deck Concept]

A “Magical Musket” Deck strengthened by “LINK VRAINS PACK 2”.

By gathering “Magical Musket” monsters to your field with the effects of cards like “Ties of the Brethren”, and then using “Magical Musket” Spell/Trap Cards to suppress your opponent’s movements.

Aim to Link Summon Link 1 Monsters such as “Magical Musketeer Max”, who can activate powerful effects if Link Summoned, and it’s good to Link Summon during your opponent’s turn with “World Legacy Awakens”.

In order to aim for this series of movements, this Deck also includes “Crusadia Krawler” who can add “World Legacy” cards from your Deck to your hand.

“Scrap” Deck

[Deck Concept]

A “Scrap” Deck powered-up by “LINK VRAINS PACK 2”

Increase the monsters on your field with the effect of “Scrap Wyvern”, and then follow up with a powerful move by using the first effect of “Curious, the Lightsworn Dominion” to send “Block Dragon” from the Deck to the GY.

Since “Block Dragon” can’t be destroyed by effects, you can target it with the 1st effect of “Scrap Dragon”, and only have to destroy your opponent’s cards.

Also, the 2nd effect of “Block Dragon” lets you add “Yosenju Shinchu L” and “Yosenju Shinchu R” to your hand, allowing you to aim to Pendulum Summon Level 4 monsters from your hand.

“Traptrix” Deck

[Deck Concept]

A “Traptrix” Deck that makes use of “Traptrix Sundew” from “LINK VRAINS PACK 2”.

In order to make use of the effects of “Traptrix Sundew” that makes great use of things, this Deck includes “Temple of the Kings”.

By activating “Temple of the Kings”, you can activate the Trap Card set by the 3rd effect of “Traptrix Sundew” the same turn it is Set.

Choose the card best to set depending on the circumstances, you’ll be able to advance towards victory in the Duel.

Also, since “The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigadine” can be activated the turn it’s set if there’s no Traps in your GY, aim to activate it during your first turn by activating the 2nd effect of “Traptrix Sundew”.

“PSY-Frame” + “Mekk-Knight” Deck

[Deck Concept]

A Deck that combines “PSY-Frame” and “Mekk-Knight” cards, that’s been buffed by “LINK VRAINS PACK 2”.

If “PSY-Framelord Lambda” is on the field, if you banish a Psychic “Mekk-Knight” monster with the 2nd effect of “Mekk-Knight Purple Nightfall”, you can pull off a powerful combo that lets you you can add 1 “Mekk-Knight” monster from your Deck to your hand, while also adding 1 “PSY-Frame” card from your Deck to your hand during the End Phase.

“PSY-Frame Driver” is Level 6 just like “Mekk-Knight Green Horizon”, and you can use the effect of “Celestial Observatory” to return your Level 6 monsters to the Deck to draw cards.

A Deck that aims to Special Summon “Aitsu”, “Koitsu”, “Soitsu”, and “Doitsu” by making use of the new Fairy Link Monsters that debuted in LINK VRAINS PACK 2.

The first effect of “Condemned Darklord” can Tribute Summon “Koitsu” from the hand.

Also, the second effect of “Celestial Knight Lord Parshath” can banish Fairy monster from the GY, allowing you to aim to Special Summon “Aitsu”, “Koitsu” and “Doitsu” from the hand.

The effect of “World Legacy Succession” can Special Summon “Aitsu”, “Koitsu”, “Soitsu”, and “Doitsu” from the GY to a Zone those Link Monsters point to.

“Gimmick Puppet” Deck That Uses “Barrage Blast”

[Deck Concept]

A “Gimmick Puppet” Deck that makes use of “Barrage Blast” from “Duelist Pack -Legend Duelist 4-”

The first effect of “Barrage Blast” can detach Xyz Material from “Number C88: Gimmick Puppet Disaster Leo” to destroy cards on the opponent’s field.

And, during your End Phase, if your opponent’s LP is 2000 or less, and “Numbcer C88: Gimmick Puppet Disaster Leo” has no Xyz Material, you win the Duel.

Also, since this Deck is centered around using high Rank Xyz Monsters, you can also aim to use the second effect of “Blitzkrieg Bombardment” to inflict effect damage to your opponent.
