Konami significantly nerfed these cards.
Tank can only Special Summon a DARK monster now, and you are locked out of activating other DARK monster effects for the turn.
Tyrant no longer needs to be Normal Summoned, but you must not have activated any other monster effect that turn. You are also forced to recover Level 7 or 8 DARK monsters with different Types from each other.
Tridynabase can only have multiple attacks on the turn it is Fusion Summoned with Requiem and Leviaknight as material.
Joint conversely is surprisingly generic and easy to set up. It also makes it easier to summon certain Fusions that may not have archetypal Spells and you don’t have Power Bond in hand.
I think “Jointech Joint” will improve over time as we get more EARTH or DARK Machine Fusion Monster Targets: most, currently, are tied to Jointech and Tamabot (at least Newspaper can use it to bring “Newsflash the Journalistic Juggernaut”)
Also for Tank, you can only Special Summon Tridynabase for the rest of the turn, so you can’t even abuse Tank’s effect multiple times per turn nor activate the effect of any other monster you summon.
Konami was so adamant that these cards would be abused that they just straight up killed the Deck. They could have gone any number of ways such as having a HOPT on Tank’s effect and negating the Special Summoned monster’s effects, or to even keep Tyrant’s requirement the same as the anime, but prevent you from activating the effects of or attacking with non-Fusion monsters for the rest of the turn.
Tridynabase could have just been attacks on monsters, unless you use Requiem and Leviaknight as material (where you then could attack directly). It already has no protection to begin with.
This is the one time Konami was super careful. Meanwhile we still have abusable genetic cards, some in this set even, that will still see meta play.
All these monsters changed somehow. At least The Gear is nice, GY recycle.
Well, that removes Jointech’s “Darkness” package from a possible option for “Burst Rex of Awakening”: which means that everything related to Tamabot may end up in that package (don’t lose faith, Space Deck fans, you still have room for that Deck to be printed: you just may not have adequate backrow)
At the same time, both Darkness Machine Monsters have now been restricted to only be used with DARK attribute Monsters (Nesstrydar Tank now penalizes you more and Jointech Tyrant easier to use)
Curious the mention of “Voidvelgr Requiem” and “Abysslayer Leviaknight” in their original names: Will we have other Monsters that can acquire the name “Voidvelgr Requiem” and “Abysslayer Leviaknight” respectively?
Jointech’s saving grace here is “Jointech Joint”: the Deck’s Fusion Spell Card since many of the Targets on that Spell Card are tied to Jointech or Tamabot. However, it is incompatible with the Fusion package that Jointech received a long time ago.

Bruno is the only person concerned with Voidarve meanwhile Cyberse has been ignored for like a year barring a single promo and then another promo yet to be released. Galaxy has enough tools and toys, it doesn’t need Voidarve clogging it up just yet unlike Cyberse which does want Space Yggdrago. Reddit, go back.

Pretty much. Also safe to say that the remaining anime Fusions in this pack (42-43) should be connected in some way to the other anime Main Deck monsters (19-21).
I guess Konami feels that the format isn’t ready for things like Dual Space Yggdrago and Deep Space Yggdrago yet.
Sure, one would say it plays like Rush’s Cyber Dragon, but Space Deck has a Fusion Spell Card that makes Fusion Summon easier.
Either way, Space Deck is at least accompanying Voidarve Deck.

for the people say ”do no abuse tank eff” in anime, you cant use too, after the effect resolve, you cant special summon from your hand or gy, lock your special to EXTRA DECK, who is better, because allow more fusions in future(whos new tank kill this dream) who is ok, you lost 2 cards and summon 1 boss(is ok lock in dark, but is awful with the rest of the eff)
tyrant is ok, change normal summon and no control nestryder by no active effects is ok, because can active every single turn or during is special
Tri dynabase is terryble, GOSH, the original is good, no abusive or something else, is a ok card, but NOOOO, lets destroy the monster, goddanm
Joint is amazing, only card will use of new card, hope the BRA(Burst rex) give USEFUL CARDS

and this fusion need monsters who no have sinergy AND one of them just work if lvl 10
