      Thunderbolt received the Over Rush Rare treatment since the Boss Monster got one in this Pack after so long.

      I was waiting for these reprints ever since Eb:D got revealed as a new card, so I’m glad Konami acknowledged one of the earliest Tier 0 metas in Rush and the infamous Potter Loop that changed how all modern draw cards work.
