[REQUIREMENT] If you control a face-up monster(s) (Level 7 or higher/WIND/Warrior-Type), you can activate this when your opponent’s monster declares an attack.
[EFFECT] Change the attacking monster to face-up Defense Position. Then, choose 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and inflict damage [Equal to the chosen monster’s ATK]. Destroy the chosen monster.
Note: This card’s name is a play of 虎視眈々 which means basically things like “On the Alert”, “Eying things greedily”, “Waiting for a chance to pounce”. Except they shoved the word for Death in. I’m not sure there’s a good way to localize this idiom.
三千破界 Sanzen Hakai (Universal Destruction)

[REQUIREMENT] When your opponent’s monster declares an attack, you can activate this by paying 3000 LP.
[EFFECT] Destroy the attacking monster.
Note: This card’s name is a play on 三千界 (Sanzenkai, literally “Three Thousand Worlds/Realms”), a Buddhist term used to refer to the whole of creation. Just it threw in “Destroy”.

明鏡止水・天孫降竜 Meikyoushisui Tensonkouryuu (Clear Mind; Unseen Dragonic Pedigree)

[EFFECT] Choose 1 monster (Dragon-Type) in your Graveyard and Special Summon it to your side of the field. If there is a monster (High Dragon-Type) in your Graveyard, the monster Special Summoned by this effect gains 1000 ATK until the end of the turn.
Note: 明鏡止水 is an idiom basically referring to a clear and undisturbed mind. 天孫降竜 is well… 天孫 Someone with a divine bloodline connecting to the Gods. 降竜 means literally descending dragon, but I think it might be a play on the term for a hidden Genius.
