The 1500 LP requirement is probably a reference to Gakuto taking 1500 burn from Blazing Chestnut’s effect (Kesshin’s Level of 5 x 300) during that same episode.
The send 3 cards from top deck to GY is Blazing Chestnut, Dragias, and presumably one of Romin’s unseen monsters each activating their effects in their duels.
And the 2500 ATK Effect monsters is obvious.
