When an attack is declares involving your other Machine monster: You can increase or decrease the Level of that other monster by 1. You can only use each of the following effects of “Mechanical Mechanic” once per turn. If a card is in the Field Zone: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can target face-up 1 Spell/Trap Card you control; destroy it, and if you do, add 1 WIND Machine monster with 0 ATK from your Deck to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon from the extra Deck for the rest of that turn, except Machine monsters.

If you control an Aqua monster with 2000 or more ATK: Send all monsters on the field to the GY, except Aqua monsters. If this Set card is destroyed by card effect: You can Set this card. You can only use each effect of “Rain of Frogs” once per turn.

I had to stare at Mechanic for a good few minutes before it clicked that it was meant to be an F.A. card
i was also very confused until i saw your comment. i kept thinking “it’s a WIND machine but it doesn’t seem playable in speedroid?”

Mecha Phantom Beast?
mecha phantom beast doesn’t have a field spell or a monster with 0 ATK so it doesn’t do anything for them either
If only Rain of Frogs was same as Snake Rain but for Aquas.
I hope the Chaos Origins reveals are next and I hope the LOCH reveals are next. We been waiting too long for them.

Mechanical Mechanic (hate that name) is obviously meant to be F.A. Support, but like, it’s actually good support. And Rain of Frogs is good removal, but what are you playing it in? Tistina? Frogs, if you’re down bad? Ice Jade? Suship! Yeah, nothing relevant and still have to search it, so…yeah.
I was thinking Mermail because of Abyssgaios.

@Fire King Enthusiast Only problem is it sends the entire field (monsters) except Aqua, including your stuff.
it’s a normal trap with some protection, I wish it was playable in Paleozoic but having toadally awesome before this becomes usable is is a big ask from a trap deck..

It can be considered as a sreplacement to Elemental Burst in Paleo. It’s a weaker burst that can actually be manually activated if you have Frog or Anomalocarys.
Rain of Frogs feels like indirect egyptian god support via God Slime.
Rain of Frogs is really funny Tistina support with all their level 10’s having 2000 ATK exactly. I still don’t think it’s good, but the idea isn’t bad.
If only Frogs were even remotely playable and able to go into Toadally Awesome consistently, then this card would have a home.
