(1) (Quick Effect): You can make face-up monsters you control unable to be destroyed, or banished, by your opponent’s card effects for the rest of this turn, then, if this effect was activated in response to the activation of an opponent’s card or effect, you can banish all cards with that name on their field and in their GY.
(2) If a card(s) is banished by an opponent’s effect while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card.
TL note: The title of “Empress” was omitted in the TCG for Kosmochlor’s name, but in the lore, Kosmochlor passes this title to Aegirine. This card, however, uses a less common Kanji “啼” instead of the one for Empress. This one is similar to the “Empress” kanji (帝) but with a mouth radical and it means “to wail, to cry,”, fitting for Aegirine becoming the new Empress after the collapse of the Enion Cradle and the loss of Empress Kosmochlor.

(2) If a face-up “Icejade” monster(s) you control leaves the field by your opponent, except by being destroyed (and except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it.
