【EFFECT】 Choose to 3 different monsters in your hand whose names are listed as material for a Fusion Monster that uses “Sevens Road Magician” as material and shuffle them into the Deck along with 1 “Sevens Road Magician” in your hand into the Deck and Fusion Summon Level 9 or higher monsters equal to the number of monsters chosen.

If there are 7 or more DARK Spellcaster or Magical Knight monsters with different Levels in your GY, then your opponent cannot declare attacks with nor activate the effects of Level 10 or lower monsters during this turn.

【REQUIREMENT】 If there are 7 or more DARK Spellcaster or Magical Knight monsters with different Levels in your GY when your opponent Special Summons a monster.
【EFFECT】 Choose 1 monster in your GY and Special Summon it to your field. The monster Special Summoned by this effect gains 400 ATK until the end of the turn.

It’s interesting how different Darkness and Paranormal approaches are.
– Darkness wants you to have many DARK Spellcasters (not Magical Knights) of any Level in your GY.
– Paranormal wants you to have many DARK Spellcasters and Magical Knights of different Levels in your GY.
Either way, Darkness’s Monsters meet many of the requirements that Paranormal’s Spell/Trap Cards ask for.
PS: Paranormal Future Control is the closest thing to an Artwork of the full designs of those “Paranormal Magician” and “Paranormal Magician Girl”. Also, it might give a hint that the Ritual Monster that Kuaidul used is a Level 11.

Paranornal Draw is oddly written like they’re planning to print it.
Rather, it is a counterpart to Paranormal Deal.
[REQUIREMENT] If you have not drawn a card during this Main Phase, send 2 DARK Attribute Spellcaster Type monsters with different Levels from your hand to the Graveyard.
[EFFECT] Draw 3 cards.
Paranormal Draw and Paranormal Deal even have different Monsters in their Artworks, but their function is the same: to give Draw Power.

While they do both provide Draw Power, their functions in the Deck are a little different.
Paranormal Deal is all about setting up your Graveyard to meet the strict requirement needed to unlock the full potential of the Paranormal cards: to have at least 7 DARK Monsters with different Levels whose Types are either Spellcaster or Magical Knight in the user’s Graveyard.
Paranormal Draw, however, is meant for after setup is complete. Its job is to either fuel the hand for Sevens Paranormal Fusion or refresh it after Sevens Paranormal Fusion depletes the hand.
This difference in function is why Paranormal Deal keeps the hand size the same after use as before it and why Paranormal Draw increases the hand size by one after its used.

The Galactica Ritual will appear at the very end of this duel and it will be teaser for 9th series. Go Rush has like few episodes to finale, I think? There’s not a lot of time to go into “and now everybody has blue cards!”, especially that they are introduced in the way that specifically limits even knowledge about them to Yudias and Kuaidul.

“Choose to 3 different monsters”
Its also got a big bit of redundancy. Use three monsters in your hand as materials for a fusion summon of a monster that lists “Sevens Road Magician” as material. Oh, and also use Sevens Road Magician, ignoring that SRM would be among the materials in the first category. Does this mean you would need to use two SRM to use it?
In the anime, Yuhi-Otes used 1 SRM and 3 monsters with different names. He summoned 3 Fusion monsters, each of them list SRM as one the Fusion Material, the other material was the other monsters he used for each one.

There’s also Yudias’s unknown Trap, Exclaim of Galactica, which will presumably help him survive the turn from Master of the Sevens Road’s piercing battle damage.
Overall a bit disappointed we didn’t get more Paranormal variants of the other materials like we had for Tricker and Linac. I am on the fence as to whether these will be printed or not – because while it is customary to print themes connected to the aces of series (in this case SRM), the anime has also been very reluctant to print anything other than Extra Deck bosses and a handful of backrow. Dark Matter is living proof of that.
Even more disappointed Yuhi Otes gave up field advantage on purpose just for SEVENS nostalgia. The entire episode was nearly a recap and a huge downer for me because of it. Right in the middle of Yudias getting upset and Yuhi Otes wanting to cause chaos, we have a backdrop of why SEVENS isn’t as bad as people make it out to be which I suppose is the point.
