INFO-JP032 Drytron – Meteonis=DAD (Drytron Meteonis (December) Alpha Draconids)

    (3) If this Ritual Summoned card you control is destroyed by your opponent: You can Special Summon 1 Ritual Monster with 4000 ATK from your hand or Deck. (This is treated as a Ritual Summon.)

DIVINE ARMED DRAGON!!!! Also, that trap is the DREAM, banishment recovery yeeeees gimme more generic. Shame it’s for the fairy abusers, but Nu Beta’s other half stops MOST of that issue.

      • DSODGAMING on March 12, 2024 1:17 am

Also if the new ritual gets destroyed you can now summon chaos max and albazoa

      • Ehs on March 12, 2024 10:22 am

You cant summon Alba Zoa with non-Dogma card effect

      • S.G on March 12, 2024 1:49 pm

Drytron were the best ritual deck to ever exist (other than gishki or nekroz), now being competed with by Mikanko, so it’s amazing they are getting new support,

        New Stratos

        +

        Double negate

        +

        Quick ritual and recycle.

      • Drytron Fan on March 12, 2024 2:01 pm

you aint a true drytron fan if you call that card “nu beta”

    2. Pharoah Atem on March 11, 2024 11:39 pm

Oh look. The most boring archetype in the world got support when other decks needed it.

      • Justin Jones on March 11, 2024 11:45 pm

I still wait for the day when Konami gives Venoms new support.

      • War on March 11, 2024 11:47 pm

Bold words coming from “Pharoah Atem”

      • HFIL on March 12, 2024 1:14 am

Boring is subjective (I’d say there is far more boring) and it’s not like they are overloaded with support. Most support they have to share with bears

      • CutBoard on March 12, 2024 1:34 am

To be fair, these cards aim to xenolock you so that your turn becomes just new ritual, some link 2 and maybe one of the traps instead of just turn skipping

      • Peeper poopoo on March 12, 2024 2:23 am

Yeah why can’t we have DM support #264729498183 :((((((

      • Sky Striker Bedge on March 12, 2024 5:33 am

        Agreed. Drytron ain’t it.

      • Sigsel on March 12, 2024 5:47 am

        Don’t cry tonight, there’s a heaven above you baby…

      • morphine jar on March 12, 2024 6:04 am

sorry what? a giant robot dragon thing with 5000 atk is boring? man i dont get you people.

“Why stop at 4000 when you can go to 5000”

      -> Five-Headed Dragon in ruins

      • Justin Jones on March 11, 2024 11:49 pm

FHD was a ritual in the Noah Arc for some reason. Maybe we’ll get a FHD ritual retrain.

      • yukicrewger2 on March 12, 2024 12:27 am

Next Drytron plug idea: “Vegeta, what does the scouter say about his power level?”

    4. kevin tewart on March 11, 2024 11:40 pm

      >You cannot Ritual Summon monsters the turn you activate either of this card’s effects, except Machine monsters.
OHNONONO this does not look good for chaos max sissies

      • Samurex on March 11, 2024 11:45 pm

Brother, forget Chair Backs, No Idaten and Benten abuse!

      • Blastmole299 on March 12, 2024 1:49 am

More like Herald turbo in ocg, but you can still play ZA WARUDO for the memes

    5. Justin Jones on March 11, 2024 11:48 pm

Still a jank deck lol. The only thing this deck was good for was Chaos Max turbo.

      • HFIL on March 12, 2024 11:17 am

That was…probably the worst way to play the deck.

    6. 999 on March 11, 2024 11:51 pm

The Fricking 5 stacks wasn’t enough he doesn’t just negate TWO monster effects… it negates TWO for EACH COPY of himself because i don’t see the “This card name” clause on the effect so that sh1t is basically broken XD

      • Blastmole299 on March 12, 2024 1:51 am

Soft twice per turn is real

      • ReyMercury on March 12, 2024 2:02 am

EXACTLY! You could tribute it with the continuous trap to add 2 drytrons after negating twice and then ritual summon him again for 4 monster negates! its insane!

    7. Snow on March 12, 2024 12:01 am

Is this the first floating effect into proper ritual summon?

    8. RyuuGaSaiko on March 12, 2024 12:05 am

      Yes! Finally Drytron support!

    9. SSDCZX on March 12, 2024 12:25 am

      I KNEW IT! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    10. Claire on March 12, 2024 12:56 am

Oh these are going to be VERY good for this deck. Nu2 is free material that doesn’t even need to Tribute to revive; DAD is a repeatable monster negate (which will be VERY effective against low-ATK handtraps like Ash and Veiler that floats into any of your other boss monsters; and Meteoaurora helps refuel DAD’s negate effect AND effectively serves as three extra copies of Meteonis. Drytron players eating good tonight.

      • Logic Bomb on March 12, 2024 1:11 am

Too Bad Nu2 locks you into only ritual summoning Machines.

    11. Logic Bomb on March 12, 2024 1:09 am

Oh and it gives your other Big Drytrons destruction protection since they already have targeting protection. Really is the DAD

    12. White wind Pollarion on March 12, 2024 1:12 am

Drytron take flight again, and thier attack burst through the stratosphere! It would have been so epic to see them in the Anime…. but nahhhh, instead Konami tossed away yu-gi-oh! OCG/TCG for a game that looks the same, but is more childish. And tossed the epic looking anime away for a American cartoon estatic just like Pokémon did…. and they don’t even give the childish transformation that is Rush Duel! In the rest of the world, only in Asia… more salt I suppose…

      • Design on March 12, 2024 2:40 am

You’ve complained about this yesterday too. Cry harder man it’s been 4 years. Nothing from deck build packs ever showed up in the anime anyway.

    13. TransactionRollbackInGY on March 12, 2024 1:32 am

Wait….DaD’s negate is SOFT Twice per turn. You can summon another DaD. Only caveat is having more Drytron cards to banish. Huh, thats actually balanced. Cant splash it too much.

    14. DAD = Dark Armed Drytron on March 12, 2024 1:33 am

Whenever Konami gives us the new supports from Deck Builder in a booster core, they always give us cards that don’t work with our usual plays. Pretty good komoney

    15. N on March 12, 2024 1:34 am

Hopefully we get Madolche and Thunder Dragon support in here as they are getting new reprints in the same anniversary set as Drytron

    16. windzy on March 12, 2024 1:45 am

Can’t believe we got more Drytron Support before Nekroz. Oh well, the wait continues. At least this archetype has Trap cards

      • Daigoro Banjo on March 12, 2024 3:12 am

Dragonmaid chamber is still coping for her dragon form in this year of dragon. Also, doodle beast spell possibly

      • windzy on March 12, 2024 6:06 am

Yeah but Dragonmaid cam out like in 2019/2020. That’s a lot later than Nekroz. Also they were like meta just recently with Dragon Link. Doodle Beast tho. But then Aquaactress as well.

      • Shinkalion2018 on March 12, 2024 12:52 pm

Nekroz are probably going to get new toys to play in this year’s duel terminal booster pack, no need to lose patience things.

      • Daigoro Banjo on March 12, 2024 2:05 pm

Are we missing the spell or trap for aquactress as well? Konami always loves to leak something and then leave it in the dust for years. We missing a silhouette of Level 5 Labrynth from big welcome and an artwork card of a Dark Fiend from Stained Glaaas of Light & Dark. We were barely lucky to get Machina Ruinforce before konami forgot.

      • Eva on March 12, 2024 2:15 pm

        @Daigoro Banjo
And the Ursatic Synchro. We missing that too!!

    17. worst on March 12, 2024 3:13 am

      >Drytron getting legacypbefore Jirracs do.

      Sigh.

    18. Articz on March 12, 2024 3:23 am

I would be down for it if Konami made a new archetype called Ursatron instead of supporting an already existing theme.

    19. huh on March 12, 2024 3:30 am

every time new support comes out im just reminded that yugioh players are like never satisfied at all and will genuinely complain about anything. like I don’t even play drytron but I look at this and think its just really cool support but some people can’t see past their niche deck ig???

      • morphine jar on March 12, 2024 6:02 am

only in this hobby do you get a 5000 atk giant robot dragon thing and see people complaining

      • huh on March 12, 2024 8:28 am

REAL! but like it gets even more annoying when the like borderline yugioh equivalent of an-prims who just want DM support constantly complain about this stuff cus like this set literally centres around exordia support like tf you mean????

      • HalfDemonInuyasha on March 12, 2024 10:44 pm

Sadly, you see such people when it comes to virtually anything. No one hates the product more than its fans.

    20. Sky Striker Bedge on March 12, 2024 5:34 am

Oh cool, another card that’s a non-OPT monster negate. How interesting and innovative.

    21. Mixnmatch on March 12, 2024 6:39 am

It’s all fun and games till Konami will decide to put a polar bear on top of Mr.5000 Daddy and sell it as another over the top boss monster.

      • White wind Pollarion on March 12, 2024 9:44 am

That would be out of this world!

    22. CyberLeader on March 12, 2024 9:40 am

And now how many possibilites we have to get Red-Eyes supports?

    23. Ehs on March 12, 2024 10:24 am

At least maybe we’ll see an actual Drytron boss monsters in Drytron deck this time and not another generic ritual spam, right? right?

    24. RIAJ Strike on March 12, 2024 10:37 am

Nossa suporte novo Drytron, obrigado Konami era isso que precisavamos… notícias como essa me desanimam muito.

    25. ChaosMAX1268 on March 12, 2024 11:10 am

Konami… I beg of you… give us the brown bear synchro for Ursartic already…

    26. xcx on March 12, 2024 12:18 pm

i LOVE this new support, i play the herald variation so I’m a little upset the new maindeck guy machine-locks you; more importantly than that, i’m excited to see how this new 5k attack monster helps the deck out. sick af.

    27. lightningboltc on March 12, 2024 12:25 pm

This support makes us play pure drytron which is extremely based.

also with Nu2 Drytron nova is a one card combo.

    28. Enci on March 12, 2024 3:06 pm

Why be you, when you can be Nu, II?

    29. Zenon on March 12, 2024 8:03 pm

      This is meh.
