    New Theme ①：ヘカトンケイル Hecatoncheire

    A faceless Fusion Monster whose invisible hands promise your opponent salvation!

    見えざる神ジャウザー(ヘカトンケイル ジャウザー) Hecatoncheire Jawza [Kanji: Unseen God Jawza]

    Ark Note:

    Hecatoncheire is the name for the many-armed giant sons of Gaia who were siblings to the Cyclops and the Titans in Greek Mythology.

    Jawza is from Al-Jawza “The Central One”, and refers originally the constellation Orion but overtime got transitioned to Gemini. Jawza is apparently a story of a woman who married her lover but was found dead the next morning after the wedding and her husband ran for his life.

    New Theme ②: 糾罪巧(エニアクラフト) Enneacraft

    A Flip Monster Theme deployed to ascertain the sins of man!

    糾罪巧－Atoriϝ.MAR(エニアクラフト－アトリマール) Enneacraft – Atoriϝ.MAR

    Ark Note: As far as I can tell, Ennea means “9” in Greek. And MIGHT be referring to the Enneagram of Personality. 糾 (To verify) can sound 九 (Nine). The ace monster’s name includes ϝ which is Digamma, i.e. the sixth letter in Greek. MAR likely refers to ocean.

    New Theme ③： キラーチューン Killertune
    A Synchro Tuner to make some killer noise on the floor with its wild scratches!

        My immediate thought on the first one was the “Invisible Hand” of Sloth in Re:Zero. It was used by a character that took the name Betelgeuse based on the star in the Orion constellation. Betelgeuse name itself is a corrupted mistranslation of the original Arabic name for the star where they mistook the Y for a B in Yad al-Jawza which means The HAND of Jawza.

        Brother yugioh is the most religious card game there is. You have 12 different constelations of gods, zodiac signs and deities releasing per year. And thats not even talking about the fact that this whole game started from ancient egyptian mythology and deities. You cant expect something so hyper religious to just not be religious suddenly.

        Definitely not draconic. Could be another Fiend fusion deck. Or maybe fairy. Given the ininvisible hands’ description it could be an Illusion fusion deck which might be interesting.

        Nothing dragonic about it, Bruno Santo. Its more eldlich looking than dragon looking. Also it’s COMPREHENSION. Something you don’t have.

        Jawsa is lacking the wdjat but the design is fairly illusion adjacent imo so in a world where it isnt a fiend or a fairy i think that’s the third most likely option.

      It’s usually the second archetype of the bunch (set order not reveal wise) for a DBP that does the best. Not always but a lot of the time. It’s interesting to see a flip deck in that slot…. maybe we are finally going to see super pushed flips😅

        I don’t know if that’s quite true in recent memory. Ryzeal and Dragon Tale were the first reveal and both ruled their formats until new support changed the paradigm to make another dbp dominant but less so. Yummy is hyped up but it’s the weakest of the 3 in justice hunters based on results.

      Can’t say I’m impressed with there being another Fusion deck and another Synchro deck after we just got a Fusion deck and Synchro deck in the last Deck Build Pack.

      It would be nice if we could get a FIRE Ritual deck someday…

        What would they base a FIRE Ritual deck? Salamangreat and Nepthys technically took the bulk of the Phoenix motifs. The most I could think of are Oracle Bones (in ancient times “divination” in China involved burning bones and creating prophecies based on how the bones cracked)…

        A single mythical animal and burning old bones is the extent of your imagination? With that username?

        A couple of ideas:
        A deck based around Legendary Flame Lord – the first FIRE Ritual monster in the game. FIRE Spellcaster theme. That would revolve around collecting Spell Counters, including by the act of using Ritual Spells, probably to cause extra burn damage or destruction. Inflicting burn damage or destruction through the act of Ritual Summoning while reaping Spell Counters.

        A deck inspired by the Greek mythical Furies. Fiery flying maidens who were invoked by people to right injustices. FIRE Fairy theme. Have them be a lawfirm of supernatural female attorneys and the ritual spells are the contracts for hiring them.

        Still think Legendary Flame Lord is somehow related to the Magistus archetype, considering how much (to me) he looks like Zoroa.

        Especially if you take Legendary Flame Lord’s effect compared to the Endymion playstyle, and then compare that to the manga plotline

      1 okay, I know what I’ll be seeing in my nightmares now!
      2 geometric sea creatures with flip effects? Interesting
      3 she’s clawfully cute (Ugg send me to the shadow realm now 🤦‍♂️) and not in a sexual way

        Does any Arabic old legend automatically become biblical reference?

        The Jawza in this likely comes as a reference to the original uncorrupted name for the star Betelgeuse. Yad al-Jawza (translators mistook the Y for a B) – “the ‘hand’ of Jawza”(the constellation Orion).

      Still remember Hecatoncheir from Final Fantasy 13 so I kinda feel like I will like that Theme. Also the Pose reminds me of Shinato.

        @Longyuan22 true but Flip archetypes have always been historicaly one of the weakest ones outside of Shaddoll, and maybe Crawler (I don’t remember if that one was meta or not)

        It doesn’t need to be broken but a Flip archetype that can at least compete a little would be great

      I wonder if Killertune will end up with monsters based on various record/CD terms, like burning or ripping. Redseal already seems to have DJ record scratching down in his/her design
