      Crystal Beast has a strategy? What is it “how to lose the game as fast as possible”?

        I’m blanking out on this one.
        Obviously these cards are competitive choices from various eras of Yu-gi-oh! but I don’t remember CBs being relevant in highest tiers like ever.
        I suppose Malefics are the culprit, as one other user said? I think they played it and it had a small burst of success on big tournaments few times.

        Crystal Beast is pretty decent at swarming, especially with Ruby Carbuncle, the lack of once per turn effects make things especially interesting, and the control option is pretty decent as far as control goes.

        Crystal Beast is good actually when you play as little Crystal Beasts as possible and also floodgates like Necrovalley and TTCBO

        I don’t even care about Air Neos, but at least that would be a reprint that is actually worth it, given that Air Neos is currently $70.

        They, uh, can’t reprint it unless they give it a new name or a new look, whichever it was that caused the issue.

        And it seems they are unwilling to do that, for some reason…….

      That Dark End Reprint is what I need to fuel effects of their INFO retrains for my budding Blue-Eyes Deck.

        Probably not, they already showed that Cyber-Stein was getting a reprint in QCR/Platinum. It’s more that they are reprinting classic meta cards regardless of if the are viable now. I wouldn’t be surprised if Pot of Greed gets a reprinted due to that.

        Edison format? Majority of these are legal for Time Wizard formats, which is most likely what we’re gonna see a lot of. As mentioned, would not be surprised to see other powerful spells in here like Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity, the hand rip trio (Forceful Sentry/Confiscation/Delinquent Duo). Heck, watch Last Turn even get reprinted so we finally have a version with PSCT XD

        It’s the competitive nostalgia bait set. These cards are here because they saw success at biggest competitive events through entire history of YGO, not because they are playable nowadays. A lot of banned cards will be in this pack. I’m curious what they gonna make with cards that got errata – on one side for clarity they could print them with new text but the considering the purpose of this set being a highlight of competitive history of Yugioh printing them with pre-errata effect and just slapping some PRE-ERRATA EFFECT in the corner would also be not a bad idea.

        Also, Legacy of Destruction had a retrain: Dandy Whitelion, which locks you out of the extra deck the turn the tokens are summoned.

      that dark end dragon is probably the best reprint out of the 5 cards, it’s around $20 for some unknown reason.

      Can we get Gorz and Kaien who work with Shining Sarcophagus? I just want it to be all of Yugi’s solo cards in that deck.
