[Master Duel] Exodia FTK Deck Feature

This is the best way to get the Tactician and Sealed One titles in Master Duel.

I’ve also tweaked the deck list since to make it a bit more consistent. I was using it in plat 1 just to get titles but It’s also now what I’m using to get out of gold, so I put a bit more effort into it.
