It looks like something of actual note will be happening on the 25th of August.
Konami has announced on their official UK page that they’ll be participating in the Gamescom 2021 Digital Event happening from the 25th of August until the 27th. While there will be no in-person procedings going on this year, the company has stated that they plan to give information on the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL game.
MASTER DUEL is an upcoming official simulator which looks to be Konami’s answer to Wizard of the Coast’s Magic the Gathering: Arena. While there is no release date yet for the game, Konami has given the following brief:

Players across the globe can compete in intense collectible card Duels, both thrilling to play and watch. Unlike other Yu-Gi-Oh! Titles that have featured the manga and anime, Yu-Gi-Oh!
