An interesting Effect that, ironically, does nothing against Normal Monsters. Interestingly, it still respects the Level 6 rule, but now it comes with a Restriction.
Chameleon is the Deck that would benefit most from it.
seems like Ecdysis Caesarleon has now got his assistance in my deck.
This card is surprisingly good for and against Ritual Decks who usually cap at Level 8, and is even good against the new Great Moth Deck.
thought they were adding GMX to the i:p/s:p storyline for a second lol
